Five Guys reviews
26Five Guys makes really great fries with a Cajun seasoning. I always get the seasoning. The burgers are always fresh and come however you want it. I enjoy the cheese sandwich with veggies, it's just as messy and delicious as a burger. They also have peanuts that you can eat while waiting for your food to be ready.
Older woman at register, not helpful, not friendly. "What do you want" I stated it was our first time & I had no idea what to order. She gave a hard sigh with eye-roll. No one was behind us.
We ordered a $9. Bacon Cheeseburger & I asked "Fries & drink included? " Omgoodness, her snarky attitude got worse. "NOPE! It's all separate", with hands on hips. So, I asked for a moment. Another hard sigh. Ended up ordering the $9.cheeseburger, med. Cajun fries & a "little cheeseburger" then came the "Well, what do you want on it? "
Wow. So my son only wanted easy mayo, and she put her hands on her hips and said, with an incredulous tone, "That's it? !? " I said yes, and I'd like tomatoes & mayo. The eye roll could be heard all over the dining room. The food was tasty, but not what I expected. Friends had said it was fabulous, fantastic, etc, but it missed the mark for us. I have cajun seasoning at home, and I know I could re-create our meal for less than $28.00. We won't return.
It's 5 guys people. Good burgers and all you can eat peanuts! Been going to this location for years. The fries alone can be a meal by them self. They ran out of hot dog buns last time and used burger buns instead. My kids were shocked and liked it.
Slights pricey for burgers, great fries though. I would definitely recommend trying the Cajun fries
Yummers is all I can say. Thisbplace never disappoints. Great burgers shakes and let's not start on the fresh cut fries that they like into your brown bag to go. Delish!
