Robert Wheat was absolutely incredible! I was coming off a bad week. Because of a major car accident last Monday and I was incredibly nervous getting behind the wheel of the vehicle that I ended up loving. Robert made the whole experience easy and put all my fears at ease. MIT made the paperwork process super easy and incredibly fast.

Y’all go see Joe at 5 Star. One of the smoothest car buying experiences ever. Inquired online was called back by Joe within minutes and he had the truck on and ready when we pulled in. Have us an excellent trade in price. So we are very happy customers. Their extended warranty is also top notch

I only use this dealership for service. I bought my F150 there 10 years ago and their customer service is superb. They call you before they do any work and let you know the charges and options. There is absolutely no pressure. I wouldn’t use anyone else.

Every time we deal with 5 Star Ford in NRH we leave the dealership smiling. We are always treated well and go home with a good deal and an excellent car. Other dealerships could learn about creating a great, friendly and welcoming ambience by visiting 5 Star Ford in NRH.

It was a great experience. They made us feel right at home, ways telling us all the details of what was going on. Jim went above and beyond to find the car I wanted and made sure we were please with everything.
The " Tut " also made sure all the small details were explained and cleared.

Overall it was a great experience and would definetly recommend them.

I went in today because I had a flat tire. I sued fix a flat to get from home to the dealership to get it fixed. Before anyone even looks at the tire, I am told that the sensor will need to be replaced. After two hours my car is finally looked at and I have to pay upwards of 350 to get a new tire and a new sensor. I asked them to put my spare on and let me go somewhere else to get a replacement. Turns out I found a cheaper tire and NO SENSOR NEEDED! What a SCAM!

Lee Clanton was the representative I dealt with at Five Star Ford in Richland HIll TX. Lee
was straight forward which was very refreshing. NO GAME PLAYING. I enjoyed dealing the Lee and he had some wise recommendations. I would highly recommend Lee and Five Star Ford if you are even thinking of a new car/truck purchase.

I have never owned a Ford until today. After the service I received and the amount of work done on my behalf, I will be a customer of Five Star Ford from here on out. Rick Dike treated me and my wife like we were old friends, even though he was only recently referred to me from a good friend that has worked with Rick on several occasions. Great experience, all the way around. I wish I could name the finance guy but I can’t recall his name. It was a quick and painless experience there as well.

Dropped my car off for service. Pretty efficient operation I say. Went pretty fast. Xant complain about that. Will report on quality of service when they are done.

Bought my vehicle there but can't get service done in a timely manner. First time wasn't told they would need my vehicle a couple hours. 2nd time I wasn't told I needed to leave a couple days. Rescheduled for today and told they couldn't get me a loaner car. No call but I wasted my morning there to find this out. Waited 3 weeks for service to get more poor customer service.

Yet another issue with the service garage. As petty as it may be, an item was missing from car when picked up after Auto Butler service. I have yet to have a smooth, pleasant service from this specific service center. Love my Ford but will use a different than purchased from service location moving forward.

The worst customer service ever from the service dept there liars i called with a recall and was told only one person can lookup the vin number for the recall and thats a lie also rude customer service never again will i do bussiness with them if anyone wants good service go to david mcdavid ford in ft worth this place here should get a negative rating on stars five star ford has lost my bussiness for a life time
