I was in a bind and needed a car after the one I was driving broke down. I got in contact with Rick Dike hours before the dealership even opened and he got me squared away so quickly. If need be, I will, without a doubt, be purchasing another car from Rick and Five Star Ford.

I was online and saw some internet specials on the 2018 mustang. I came in to see what was going on these guys made it easy to take one home.

Sales guys are dumb but Landon in service is awesome. Got me in a brand new f150 as a service loaner for my f150 platinum

Quick and easy to deal with. Service department is great and explains to you what needs to be done and what is suggested.

Horrible from the start.he offer on my trade was (on average) $14,000 lower than my other two offers.i've never heard of a dealer going straight to auction price on a trade in.would not recommend.oh and my salesman was Sam Limo.

I’m not typically the person to write reviews but I just have to credit Dylan for how good of a job he did. He found me exactly what I was looking for. I had been on the hunt for my perfect car for a couple of months, and Dylan found my dream car that was still in my price range! I 100% recommend buying a car from him. He’s so helpful, sweet, and is not pressuring at all! It was such a nice change in pace.

Totally frustrating experience this morning at Five Star Ford NRH. Took my 2016 F150 in on a Ford recall notice. Adviser was in-different to say the least. He wanted to schedule my Safety Recall for the middle of Sept 7 weeks from now. I hope nothing happens in the mean time.

Got a phone call from the Service Manager & he has me scheduled for my re-call service next week. Thank you Five Star Ford

Great Texas down home hospitality is the way to describe my experience with 5 star Ford. Jim was exceptional at answering many questions I had while building a family style relationship. Bubba did a great job of getting the finance part complete with a feel good vibe. I would definitely recommend coming down a visiting with the 5 Star Ford Family.

10 years ago I wouldn't have gone anywhere else. That has definitely changed. Writing this from the McDavid Ford service line, this dealer gets you in fast, listens to you and fixes your problems without making excuses of it taking 2 to 3 days to do something simple like sunroof maintenance. There are still a couple of good guys there in sales and service but the "no BS" days of Pankrez/Wayne in service are long gone.

Sales manager talked me into doing ford Ford incentives which did not receive which made whole buying process be very sour. Suggest you have your own financing and stick with it.

This is the best dealership in the state, at least! What an easy process and knowledgeable employees!

Always typical 5 star service, friendly, very attentive personnel, detailed service recommendations, nice waiting area with tv and wi-fi, shuttle service to and from dealership; highly recommend for excellent vehicles purchases and after market maintenance services.

My husband and I needed to find a car for my mother. She is on a fix income and needed something reliable to run around town with. Crystal found the best car we could have ask for. When we were ready to purchase, Crystal was out, so she had John Little step in.and he took great care of us. The teamwork was incredible.
We are new to Texas and was not familiar with the process on buying a car, but between Crystal and John, it was so easy.

I had to go and pick up a part for my car. Also, had to do a price check for another part for my car. Cashier and the parts dept were very friendly.
