I had a great customer service experience at Floor & Décor store (Westheimer location).
Mr. Michael Mickey has tons of knowledge about all flooring jobs. He personally assisted me in selecting all the things needed for my flooring job. He helped me load the items in my car. He actually came out to the parking lot before the purchase to measure the space needed for hardie backer.
I went in the store with many questions and walked out with clear picture of my project.

I was so impressed with the selection and customer service. I had no idea where to begin in picking out tiles and granite for a remodel and Mark and Michael McKey, in particular, were so helpful. Mark saw me looking lost and immediately sought out one of the design experts, Michael, to help me. Michael came to my rescue. He has great knowledge of the products as well a keen eye for design and putting it all together. He went above and beyond to help me gather the perfect samples to take home and made everything so easy for me. I will certainly be a return customer!

I went to this location recently with little to no idea how I wanted to renovate my two bathrooms. Upon walking in the store I was greeted by the cashier at the front, and was approached by an associate named Gogo who asked me if I needed help. I told her I had a few screenshots of what I was hoping my bathrooms to look like since they are outdated, and she took me straight to some examples in the marble and deco section of the store. Despite having such large selections, she helped me narrow down my choices. I had so many questions because I’ve never participated in a renovation project, but Gogo answered all my questions with honesty and challenged my opinions. I now have some pictures of the items in store, and I plan on coming back next week to finalize my order!

Have been shopping at this store for about 5 year. Every single time I shop there, Mr kian would go the extra mile to attend to me. I could no longer resist writing an excellent review for my many visits to this store. Thank you Mr.kian for all you do at Floor & Decor for me and my staff to make sure our materials are sorted correctly with detailed attention and excellent customer service.

The employee who came up to me in the store helped me find what I needed but he was also kind of rude to me. I interpreted what he said basically to be "I saw you looking at tile and it looked like you didn't really know what you were doing. " It sort of felt like a put down. There is no need for that, at least not in my book.

Received an excellent customer service from Michael McKey, he was very knowledge on the marble floors, told us what are the options of sealers, he even went extra miles to explain in details and show us the sample of the products. Great Great experience ever!

First choice when buying flooring. Pro desk Elvira at Hwy 6 and Westheimer is very knowledgeable and super nice.

If you're in the market for anything tile and floor related I totally want you to talk to Juana D.at the Floor & Decor location on Parkhollow in west Houston. I was totally overwhelmed by the thought of having to pick out tile, trim, accent colors, grout color, etc. Juana is a trained designer and she listened to my ideas and then started showing me options. She totally took the stress out of the process and now we have a beautifully remodeled master bathroom! Thanks Juana!

I love to visit here! When I have free time I like to explore. They have so many ideas its amazing!

It was hard to find people when we needed them. At the beginning several people came out to help us but we were trying to look for the products 1st we wanted choose. Once we had some choice and had question About the products then we could not find anybody for help. So after just hanging out for almost 20 minutes we decided to leave.

We've come here to get various flooring for multiple bathrooms, livingroom, kitchen, bedrooms, and hallways. Enjoying the porcelain tiles and their selection. Prices here are generally some of the best around. The selection is fairly large. Staff is good and helpful.

I hate this store I’ll be looking for another store where to buy our flooring I went to the store they were closing the guy at the door let a guy in right before I walked up a few seconds after him he didn’t allow me in I find that so rude if your going to let someone in and not let me in that’s horrible customer service

One of the go too places for beautiful affordable tile. Kitchen, Bath, Accent Wall. West Oaks Location.

The store is well laid out and the prices are great! They have a huge selection of tile and better prices than the big box stores.

People ready to help you. They know the info you need. Easy to apply for credit. Product selection very good. Did my floors and now kitchen countertops. Prices from very reasonable to very high end.

Great customer service. We were given several design tips that really helped us rebuild post Harvey.

Tried to buy materials, took 30min for the phone sales rep to actually get to the counter. Another 12 min to process my sale.

Got my account hacked after applied for credit there. The issue was resolved by my bank next day. I called and reported to store manager he said he will give us a courtesy call back. Almost 2 weeks later I'm still waiting for his phone call. BE AWARE of Interest free financing deal
