Came here at 6: 45 I waited till 7: 12 when the doors opened up to the public and a fat guy with a very bad attitude told me rudely to get out because they weren't ready to take any costumers inside. You should respect the hours of opening if the staff isn't punctual enough change hrs or get new staff

Not one person at the pro desk, people don’t work as teams. PM waited 2 hrs to get loaded. While the loader on the phone for 3 mins.

Was undecided about ways to redecorate my living room and Juana the designer was able to guide me on which wall wood designs were better for me based on my likes and budget. I met my budget and my new wall is coming along just fine, so thank you for your help Juana and Floor & Decor.

Bought granite from alameda store and was told this is only location to pick up. My contractor went to pick up and they said they didn’t recognize him in “their system”. So I spent 1 hour and 20 minutes on the phone with them and was told everything was fixed. The next day my contractor goes to pick up and is told the order has been cancelled. I honestly feel like it’s an episode of Punked.

Management disaster. Good place for buying little stuff but when it comes to dependability they fail.
