Staff was friendly and helpful (Air Force staff), but the center was understaffed for multiple events that day. 2 hour wait to get on base.

Come earlier than you think you need. Bring your patience, there are generally only two personell checking everyone in.

The staff are very nice and professional. The wait is always a bit long but considering the amount of people they have to assist each day, it is understandable.

As a family we love going to Fort Sam Houston and visiting the quadrangle. Just a great place to spend a day
