I highly recommend Friendly Chevrolet but specially Gabriela Villanueva for her service. She makes sure to deliver good customer service. Will be back for my next purchase.

Was dealing with the internet sales department for at least a week, was told the truck I was interested in was there, then it wasn't. I did end up buying a different truck. Sales person was not pushy but also didn't seem to care if I bought the truck or not, very indifferent. Finance person was a little pushy about buying the extended warranty. They did give me the best trade in value of the 3 dealerships I was talking to.

Edit, I left my truck there for 12 days for warranty work. It didn't move for 5 days, when it did move someone drove it to a strip club for over a hour. Almost zero communication from the service advisor. The service manager told me he would update me after talking to the person that drove my truck but I have gotten no update.

I took my 2017 Chevy Trax to this dealership thinking they were professional but it turned out to be a nightmare. I was informed that my car needed two sensors and my fuel injectors needed cleaning but keep in mind my car is a low mile 52,750. All this cost $808.38. As soon as I left the dealership I went to the nearest gas station to fuel up, but once I tried to turn on my car it failed and the engine light once again turned on. After 3 attempts my car finally started but was running horrible and holding back. My husband called the dealership spoke with Justin who suggested to bring the car back but by this time car stalled and turned off. Justin gave my husband a number to a tow truck service but we were able to get my car started and headed straight to the Friendly Chevy dealership. Upon arrival Justin knew exactly what was wrong with my car, Justin stated it was the PVC valve and intake gasket. Justin informed my husband that was the problem with my car this whole time. Unfortunately the engine light is still on and running worse than before. Never again will I trust that dealership again and DO NOT recommend this place ever. **UPDATE**7/3/2021 So after 3 weeks of trying to figure out why the engine light is still on and running worse than before going to Friendly Chevy dealership off Stemmons. Turns out someone from the Chevy dealership drilled a hole in the air filter container. Also the purge canister valve needed to be replaced. I spent $808.38 at Friendly Chevy dealership for a service was not needed, everything they “supposedly” they fix/replaced was pointless. Friendly Chevy dealership did replied to my message but it was just a lie. To this day they have not return my call. We’ve called them several a times with no response. After fixing the drilled hole and replacing the purge canister valve my car is running great NO THANKS to Friendly Chevy Dealership off Stemmons. I recommend before you take your vehicle to any dealership READ THE REVIEWS it might save you money. BIG TIME SCAMMERS!

I normally do not give reviews but I feel this one is warranted. I have been calling the cancellation department MULTIPLE times to find out when I will be refunded for warranty that I purchased. It has been 3 weeks and I have yet received a return phone call or return email. I sent the request in almost 2 months ago and only want to know when I will be refunded. These people are very unprofessional. When I purchased my car I couldn't get rid of them for harassing me to purchase my Tahoe. Now I can't get a call back since I refinanced my car to a lower interest rate and purchased a cheaper and better warranty and now I can't get them to return my phone calls or emails. This doesn't make since. So FRUSTRATED WITH FRIENDLY AUTO!

I had a great experience at friendly Chevrolet the sales person who helped us was Rashid, he truly did made it easier and a pleasant experience. He didn’t try to sell us something we didn’t want and listened to what we wanted. If you go make sure and you ask for Rashid!

This review is really for the service department. My car buying experience here was very smooth and easy and I was looking forward to getting my free oil changes and services done here with the Concierge Plus. If I only dealt with the sales and finance departments, this review would be 5 stars.

However, the service department is incredibly frustrating to deal with. I can never get through to the service department without being transferred and placed on hold several times and for several minutes. This is every time I call - to schedule an appointment, to check on the status of my car, for any other question I have to speak to service for. It has happened multiple times that I have to be very pushy with whoever answers the phone when I get rerouted away from service to actually have anyone pick up the phone in that department. I understand service departments of dealerships can get very busy as I have worked in multiple car dealerships before, however I have also waited at the dealership for service to be done and the staff truly don't appear too busy to answer a question on the phone. While the staff here are all very friendly (which is why this review isn't 2 stars), getting service done here is actually kind of a hassle. Today my vehicle took over 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I'm actually still waiting on it while writing this review so who knows how much longer it will take.

We received a loaner veichle dirty and we returned veal with no damage like always we never had a problem before after we got our truck back we returned as I explained has been 3 weeks and we haven’t received the deposit back ($200), I understand it may be some mistake, but I been calling since 5 days ago and get transfer at least 4 to 5 times every time and every time they are busy and have to call later or the loan people are going no one can give me an answer or even engage a conversation to resolve the problem I guess I just show up in person to claim my deposit is wrong and your customer service is one of the worst I ever see, and that comes from a quality assurance inspector that work on government entity, I hardly ever see this can of customer service out of my field or in the private sector

We dealt through online department on a 2018 Silverado where the “Friendly price” was $29,999. I finally was able to get a price from their sales manager on a purchase price before going into the dealership, because they stated that they will not give “in town buyers prices prior to coming in” but when I wouldn’t go in they finally sent me a purchase price of over $35000. Also their “concierge service” is a fee of $899 on top of the purchase price! Will not deal with them again.

Review for my dad:

Bought Chevrolet High Country Pick Up Truck in March 2015 and has already had the transmission fixed 9 times. The last time it was taken in they promised to fight with General Motors to change the transmission and they denied it. Truck is still doing what it was doing. 5 Chevys have been purchased at this location and it will NEVER happen.

2 weeks ago i came in to trade in a vehicle.i was a walk up and was asked by jason if i had a appt.i asked was i suppose to.i thought i could look at a vehicle as a walk up.then we went on a test drive.he informed me that he had a 330 appt that didnt show but when they dod he had to bail on me.which happened.he then put me with keith.then i asked jason for a water after being there6 hrs he told me not to guzzle it cause it was the last one.then we ran our stuff with keith he then came back and said we had 3 bank approvals.and he signed us up and registered us to the car setting up the onstar and all.he even gave us the vin# and we addded to our insurance and gave him the new insurance info.we then waited at9 pm he said we were next in financing.and even saidwe could take the car home that night.then after jasons deal was done he comes and tells us we might at well go home we had no approvals which was odd cause keith said we had 3 bank approvals.so we searched keith down and suddenly there was no deal.nowhe neededpay stubbs and mail abd stuff.which i have never needed in a car.deal.so on the way out that night i told jason great customer service sarcasticly.and as i was getting in my truck to go home his dad approches me also named jason.he tells me not to be mad at his son that hes new and he would buy us dinner when we came back to get the car.so the next day we bring the info needed and keith claims he cant read it which u clearly can.i still have the copies too.so then a few more days go by not a word from anyone over there and keith not answeing emails.so i call and tell him to just forget it and he keeps saying he needs stubbs and i said we brought em to ya.he then just hangs up.then a cpl days later sends a email saying he still needs stubbs.very bad customer service i feel.any ways i stilll keep getting emails and notifications to that car he said we were approved for.which i need that pulled out of my name.thats why im reviewing.just a confusing situation frm here which is ashame cause we moved way up to ponder tx north of denton and drove there cause we have had vehicles from there in the past and loved how thongs went.man was it didfrent this time.

I went over on New years eve (12-31-2018) and I was told i needed an appointment or its a 1-1/2 hour wait. I said ill make an appointment for Saturday. I had an appointment Saturday (1-5-2019) at 7: 30 a.m and i got there 15 min early and i was done at 9: 00 a.m. For an oil change and they washed my car. What was the difference in making or not making an appointment?

My experience was a very good experience, my sales associate was very helpful in getting me into the vehicle i wanted. This dealership is so large and there is so much traffic in and out of the place, my only complaint is wait time, other than that it was a great experience. They gave me a deal that I wouldn't have gotten anywhere else.

ATTENTION MANAGEMENT STAFF: Everybody can appreciate acts of kindness. A customer experience is one of the best forms of advertisement for any business. If you provide the customer with great customer service over the phone. It projects a stronger reflection of their experience once they visit your campus. My experience with the New Car Director, Tommie was nothing short of negative experience. He was very rude, nasty and condescending via the phone with me today over a simple question about the price of car that was not picture on line or marketed correctly. I would recommend to Tommie, when a customer inquire about a car on line and you've missed information about the car online, please find a better way to convey your message of their presence is preferred instead of being disrespectful. I hope that moving forward in the future you remember customer experience is very valuable.

I've had a GREAT experience with everyone hear from Day 1! Awesome service and they really are 'Friendly. ' My service advisor is great and does not try to cheat me into getting services that are not necessary and really took the time to get to know me and my car situation better.

Don’t come to this place if you can totally avoid it. They give such run around and clearly have no care or concern that you’re paying out of pocket for everything being fixed on your car. Might as well go to some hole in the wall place that’ll lie to you as well.
