Charge you just to use a credit card, because everyone carries hundreds or thousands in cash on them, and they charge double the percentage the card companies do so they make sure they make money every time too! Long wait times just for basic service and rude management.

Traveling through Dallas and had fuel pump issues on a fairly new gmc. After being at the dealership since 6: 30am still waiting on vehicle. They have no urgency. Customer service is terrible. So frustrating to say the least.

Out of all the dealerships we’ve been to, this one was the least painful and most easygoing. Get Chris Ruiz to be your guy. Him and Michael Doughtery took care of me from cradle to grave and beyond. So far they’ve been great and we walked away with a beautiful car. Finance guy was not crooked like the other guys in other dealerships. It was straight forward without the BS. I will definitely be recommending my friends here. Thanks Chris for helping me with the Toyota Highlander!

Had appoint with Ana, internet sales. Expected a few snafus and to spend a few hours. She was knowledgeable and professional. She listened to what I was looking for and brought exactly that for preview. Place was clean with fairly good customer flow through.

With the exception of young lady checking on my car. I made an appointment and still 2 hours later and my car is not ready. They should not over book cars.

I had a blowout close to this place and Ronnie Smith, service manager, went to where care was, took tire and rim to friendly Chevrolet and put an old tire (my old tire on trunk) on it. He did ask of that free of charge. Thanks a bunch!

He showed me a lot of different vehicles, usually it takes a while to finish everything but this time it was a great experience. I enjoy going to this dealership. You really feel welcome and my sells person still greats us and helps us out with any questions we have about the vehicle we purchased there. He takes the time to help us schedule services.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Tried to purchase a new 16 z51 corvette from them. Internet price was $52,900 I got the financing approved and then they told me if I don't finance with them it's $1,000 and a bunch of other fees. Plus in the 8 hour span they managed to tint the windows and add "nitrogen" to the tires for $899 more without my consent. They see that a customer is interested in a vehicle and they take advantage of it just like a used car dealership. Christian Ruiz was the initial salesman to help me. When I called the dealership to find out why they did that they just hung up on me.

Calling for a refund over one year and no one takes actions.they say to care but no one does anything.
I Have the emails going to the Humberto who never answer, finally got a hold of Bobby he said he is helping. I now contact the gap agreement company for my refund and they have my wrong address.awaiting a response from them now.

Never ever referring anyone, i regret doing business with them.

Horrible business came in with cash on hand made a negotiation when it came down to the final finance they wanted to up their price.finance manager is a smart ass who doesn't respect people business

TC in the service department was great! She was able to get our car in and get us a loaner car (big enough for 3 car seats) the same day we called. She constantly kept us up to date regarding the status of our car and explained things thoroughly. Will definitely bring our car back for service repairs especially if we can work with TC!

Tried 4 times to speak to a service advisor. Before hanging up. Each time I held for 11 minutes, 8 minutes, 6 minutes, then 4 minutes. Got bad gas literally 1/2 mile from them. Ended up having the truck towed to Sewell because they would actually answer the phone.
