Game X Change Sherman

Tried this place out again and I was told by the employees that they didn’t wanna serve me because I had a American flag mask on!

Game stop would only give me 593$ for what I was trading in and game x change beat them by 703$ and that was in cash absolutely amazing customer service very kind and very patient with all the stuff I was trading in and they took games that GameStop wouldn't highly recommend going to gamexchange than GameStop you guys are amazing

Cody is the best store manager ever! Please go down and shop there they have the best prices ever.

He has no problems answering any questions that you have.

Wow how did we not know about this place? ! Great selection of.well everything! You looking for a long lost vinyl? They probably have it. How about some old school Nintendo controllers? Well they got you covered! Great store. Very polite young man. We will be returning.

This Game exchange is not owned by the same company as others in Paris and Tyler. The place smells of smoke, mold and BO. The store is highly disorganized the employees are nice but doesn't make up for how nessy the store is. There were people laying in the floor going through manga and comics. Overall, this is not the game exchange to go to. If you are in the area go to Paris. Its worth the drive and the store is 100% better than this one.

I've been doing all my gaming and movie business with the Sherman location for YEARS! This store, along with it's store manager Cody, are amazing! Always super friendly and more than helpful.
Great prices, even better trade value! Always have a great stock of dvds, Blu-ray, all games and systems back to the original atari!
I cannot say enough how great this store is, I've been to alot of Game X Change locations and the Sherman store is the best by FAR!

I'm not much into games tbh. I was more interested in the array of cheap TV series they had to choose from.

Return policy is absolute garbage. I bought a cable and realized I didn't need it less than two hours later. I payed 10 dollars for it, and they offered to give me one dollar back. This business does not care about customer service, they care about taking your money.
I will never shop at this location again.

They will match any trade in offer that gamestop would give, and usually they give more than gamestop.

Great selection of classic and newer games. I'm usually able to find what I need. Depending on the day of the week though, the staff will either be super helpful or just below average.

Pros: Always cool dudes up there (and 1 girl I’ve seen) that know their stuff.

Bought a used GameBoy (001) and turned out it had a busted LCD, returned it for a new one with no problems at all.

Cons: sometimes it gets a little busy in there and with such a small staff it’s difficult to find help when you need it

I have yet to be dissatisfied with a purchase, not one they haven’t made right at least.

I do wish they had a larger collection of gameboy and DS games.

Friendly, knowledgeable, fun and courteous staff. Great sales and prices. If you're a gamer, you'll find something you like. WAY MORE than just gaming. DVDs, Blue Ray, phones, hand helds. Check 'em out.

Game exchange is the best shop in the Texoma area for all your gaming needs. I went in to find a nintendo switch and spoke with Cody. Cody answered all of my questions and helped point me in the right direction for the switch as well as games and travel gear/protection. He was incredibly helpful/informative and I saved a ton of money. Couldn't ask for a better experience! Highly recommend!

Peter Game Exchange over Gamestop here I'm Sherman, the employees are more friendly and usually more knowledgeable.

I came here a few times. As a PC player doesn't serve my needs much. But when i do walk in the doors I am always greeted with a smile and "how can I help you? "

Our son likes this place but often has complaints later. Make sure you know their return/exchange policy before you buy.

We have gone here forever it seems and everyone has been nice and helpful, never had a problem and of course we play a lot of games and watch a lot of movies so we like saving money

Game stores are not the same anymore I miss blockbuster and game crazy and hastings and all the nice things I grow up with
