24Better than Game Stop. They are decently priced too. The store could be cleaner. The staff is really friendly.
Bought a ps4 from them had it less then a month only got to play it twice. And it no longer worked. They do not honor their warranty. So i will no longer shop there. They were very rude and had horrible service. So we took the system to a repair shop and was told there was a reason it was refurbished in the first place and that the refurbish likely didnt take so the board fried again. That is what is wrong with the system.
Young man was very nice and helpful. Explained their current deals. When I got to the register he even told me if I picked out one more game for $4.95 or less I got it free. Cleaned all the games right there in front of me. He also explained the return policy. Great service.
This is my go to store for games! Most recently I got the new Spiderman for PS4 and this was the cheapest place to get it. It really feels like a local environment and the staff are always attentive and ready to help. If you're looking for new games or some old classics Game X Change has it all.
