They had great games in sale as well as gift cards and merchandise. Also the employees were really nice and be brought a warm hearted feel to the place. Definitely recommend.

No one has ever treated me so nice in a store like westin. This guy is the best employee I've been dealing with in a store ever. He helped me so much. He's very knowledgeable about games and consoles.

Sold me a pre owned controller and half the buttons don’t work, then told me they couldn’t refund me today. Interesting because their manager was RIGHT THERE behind the guy at the register and didn’t say anything either, but their policy is right here in this pic. It clearly states “refund or exchange”. Instead told me to drive 18 miles to a different GameStop if I wanted an exchange, end refused to refund me for a janky controller they shouldn’t have sold me in the first place. Awesome customer service guys.great job.will never be buying from GameStop again.

Called up there and asked to confirm if they had a Wii accessory and they confirmed drove all the way up there to find out they don't have it terrible service. This was may 16th at 3pm 2020

Deal with Matthew, and no one else! He is the best sales rep I have met in a really long time. Not only did he go above and beyond to help me. He sincerely offers products and services that do make a difference. He thoroughly explains everything up to the last detail that made me buy insurance on headphones! I wanted to hire the guy for my company because of his great customer service skills and presentation. I dont even like hats that much and I bought one just because of him. I had a really bad experience with a Jason Campbell and Matt was able to resolve the situation with no problem. Give the guy a raise!

I love the fact that they hire true game nerds. I can talk anything from fallout to D&D and they keep up.

Drove here from Pearland just to get Funko Pop characters that no where else in town had for a birthday party. They were super helpful and made it worth the almost 90 minute drive.

My friend and I went here at night to buy some games. They had a variety of games and the store was clean. They are one of the few that opens until 10pm

I've been here many, many times. The staff are all friendly and helpful as necessary. They have what I want about 90% of the time. They *will* ALWAYS ask you if you're a rewards member, if you want to protect what you're buying or if you want to pre-order anything. Expect a hard-sell attempt on pre-orders. Be prepared if you're an introvert or don't like corporate-mandated sales tactics. Almost always a great experience though.

It can be very busy at this location, try to remember that can challenge their ability to serve customers. They do have a very good selection and are usually very helpful when they get a chance to get to you on busy days and is excellent on off days. Prices are reasonable and you can have a lot of fun if you return your used and when you go to pick up a new one.
