They never answer the darn phone, we drove all the way to this store for something that wasnt in stock because the employee was playing the damn game on the floor instead of answering the phone!

Do not go here worst store ever worst GameStop in history with the worst ppl working there save time and patience just go to Walmart

It was my first experience at this game stop fry rd Katy locatrion 2/4/18 sales associate Sabrina I brought a DS for my four-year-old I was told by Sabrina I could return it within seven days and get full refund it was said it clear words to me So I went ahead and made the purchases.yesterday 2/10/18 I went to the store To return it n get refund and I was told something else by This rude person working there he seemed like the manager rude n arrogant tone and had a face on. He was being short and brief and trying to get rid of me although I explained to him I made the purchase only because I was told I could return it if it’s not the one my daughter wanted
I have been in customer service for 19 years I have not once treated a single customer The way I was treated by him. Waste of my money waste of my time my gas. If this is how you run your business deceive people just to sell products and give out wrong information
Then you have no clue about customer service or customer care. I will never go to another game stop it completely put me off and I felt very disappointed.

Its an okay place the only problem I had with it was the prices of the games. Some people would say it is okay but I think it is way to overpriced. And they did not have the game I wanted.

Good GameStop but wen u try to trade stuff that’s really old and very hard game to find now at this year they only give $1 or less. But other than that service is great!

If I could give a negative star I would. Customer service is definitely not their priority. Employees open up late, asking a question by phone or in person is like a bother for them to answer. Don't go to this location.

Service at this store was so slow I had to leave because I couldn't take it anymore. I will never shop at another game stop ever again and will buy all my games online.

I don't like Lamestop, but this store is enjoying, the employees acknowledge you, and a good round of gamers. Some PC, some Xbox, some PS, some mobile.

Horrible service. Workers had attitude. Never coming back to this location. Just gonna buy online probably not going to be a rip off. Compared to this shitaki place.
