I had a great experience with the purchase of my new Outback. My salesman was Mike Nelson, he knowledgeable on the product and I was treated fairly.

Their service department is extreamly unprofessional. I have a 2019 Subaru with 18k miles. Ive brought it three times for an oil change and every time I have to top it off my self. I contacted them to explain my problem. The first guy I spoke too just told me its not their fult and that hes not going to argue with me then proceeded to hang up my calls every time i called back. The second person I spoke too wouldnt even let me explain my issue. He kept saying "just bring it in" over and over with out letting me even tell him whats wrong. I highly suggest you take your business elsewhere

I recently got a new clutch installed and was scepticle about driving for a few days. Glenn, called days after the install to make sure everything was running properly and to make sure he’s done everything he can. If your car is due for services, ask for Glenn, he will take care of you.

This isn’t a biased review, I’ve owned several Makes, but Subaru kills it every time! I’m telling y’all, Subaru is a lifestyle in itself. I’ve had plenty of heart aches with a modified WRX in the past, but it was AWESOME. Every time I visited GSN I had a great experience. Now driving something a bit more reliable, a Crosstrek, lacking a turbo.but it’s a proper road tripper! I recently had service done on the vehicle and the Subaru Service Advisor Glenn has gone above and beyond my expectations! Keeping my up to date on progress, part delivery, setting it aside for a master tech. Thank you so much for giving my car some TLC and the Service Techs involves for getting it back on the road!
