Sales personnel were well prepared to address our desire to select the proper vehicle for our present and future driving needs. We were met immediately and time required to complete our selection and purchase was conducted on a timely basis.

Everything was awesome and great customer service. Only complaint is that I did not get the SD card for the navigation that is on the vehicle. I would love to use one of the main features for me purchasing this vehicle. I would love a phone call telling me to simply come and pick it up at any Gillman Subaru. Otherwise, extremely pleased with the process.

Very friendly sales staff. Convenient amenities for customers. The only drawback was overpriced cars. Simply not competitively priced for what one gets.

I recommend the dealership to have a little fewer cars near the front entrance to the sales offices. Too many parked right in front of the doors.

Our sales person listened to what we were looking for and found us the exact vehicle we wanted at a fantastic price. She was informed, friendly, and not pushy.
