Although the rates told to me on the phone versus the rate when I got home were different and that I had to wait for two hours on the freeway because of a miscommunication from dispatch, when William showed up to tow my Harley, which was his first motorcycle tow, he was very courteous, professional, and took exceptional care of my bike. The only reason I gave 3 starts is because of the unforeseen costs and time I waited.
DO NOT CALL - You will be charged $80 just for calling then another & $90 for tow (within 10 miles + $3 for additional mile)
They took 2.5 hours to arrive, absolutely ridiculous. I feel like they could of at least compensated for taking so long.
Litterally took 2.5 Hours to show up after telling me it would only take 60-70 Mins. After that non sense there was an extra $89 fee that was never discussed over the phone. Very unprofessional on the phone as well! Don’t call these people
Rude, unprofessional and disgusting phone manners. The operating phone responder called me a nigg*r before rudely hanging up on me. Foul mouth employees with no respect for customers. Never ever recommend this company to even tow a bicycle.
