Grand Venetian at Las Colinas, Irving TX

Grand Venetian is awesome! The office staff has really made me feel valued, thank you for helping me through my long process of troubles. Feeling good about the future.

I am staying in this community from past 6 years.it was very good 4 yeas back.but from past 2 years, Management is very very bad. Complained many times about pest control in and out side of apartments, not even control Roaches. Roaches are spreading like any thing in all units.they are taking compliant but these guys pest control is very poor.seeing lot of snakes in parking area and kids playing area near to swimming pool.

We lived here for almost 4 years and we had a great experience. The apartments are nice and well kept.

Wonderful apartment community. I love my 3 bedroom apartment! Lots of space and in a great location. Lots of nice business opening near by as well.

- Good gym but atleast 1 or 2 treadmill will NOT work.
- Not enough parking lots and you will end up searching for lots in the night. Quite frustrating. You will also end up paying 300-500$ for towing company's when they tow your car from the apartment. This happens often to the tenants.
- when I asked leasing office folks, they have mailed me and asked me to park in the road side parking when I don't find parking lot available in the night. Irresponsible staffs.
- High price compared to near by apartments.
- TOO many addtional components along with the rent.
- Worst management /office staff who doesn't know how to treat the tenants.
- My sincere advice: Pls try out other apartments rather than choosing Grand Venetian @Las Colinas.

Office staff are very horrible, they don't treat you with good manners. I was extending my lease a month ago and given a formal letter about it. Unnecessary fines were imposed for even payments made on time. They don't do their job properly and impose fine on residents. I wouldn't suggest this apartment for anyone.

There is no any enough parking space. I have to come late night tired, but have to spend more time on looking parking some time slept on car which is worst.this Appertment have more useless reserved parking than the regular normal parking. It’s worst because of this parking I have had towed and spend lots of money. I won’t recommend anyone who work as late night and especially students because they charge on lots of things. Expensive

This is the worst apartments in the las Colinas, Leasing office people sucks horrible staff, you will never find parking spot. Apartment is over priced.

They were very unprofessional and rude. When calling to check on status of application they blocked our numbers and when calling from a different number they answered. Not good business at all! Managers were never available and were told they were in meetings everyday. Terrible service!

I was skeptical of management after seeing the reviews, but the new manager Christa has been wonderful and so nice. I have lived here for less than a year, but I have witnessed a major change in the management and it seems as though they are righting the ship. So far, I have no complaints with my experience here, maintenance is quick to respond, and neighborhood is pleasant.

Horrible looking property, drove by and it is absolutely disgusting. I used to be interested until every month they had a new manager that would loose my information. Management company needs to figure something out!

Lived here for a year, really did not like this place. The rooms need some serious renovations and the worst part is that it's overpriced as hell. Maintenance was terrible had some lights not working, doors not opening right, squeaky bathtubs, and problems with the thermostat. Parking here is terrible as well, if you get here late at night you won't get to find a parking spot.

No Parking space available after 8: 00PM. You can buy parking space for your Car but surely your guest will never get any parking space if they are coming after 8: 00 PM. So if you're living in this apartment, never call any guest in evening time, otherwise you will feel embarrassed.
