GreenVue really cares for their apartment community and take one on one time with the residents to ensure they are taken care of to the best of their ability

I've been living here for almost a year and I love just about everything except for the parking. The visitors parking in comparison to how many buildings we have is not ideal at all. On the bright side, Brooke has been the BEST in helping me with my needs. She responds quickly and works until your needs are met. Thanks so much Brooke!

When looking for apartments I must say that Greenvue had the best customer service which is why we decided to lease with them! Definitely go check them out and ask for Brooke!

Awesome staff and amazing amenities! I immediate fell in love with this community and the surrounding areas, and I can’t wait to move in. You will not be disappointed! Brooke the assistant manager is the best, she will take great care of you.

This community is great! Friendly staff, nice and upgraded finishes and the perfect pool for this summer.

This is by far the best apartment I have lived in. The staff is so friendly but more importantly, they are proactive in taking care of any issues you might have. In fact, they have taken care of issues that I didn’t even know I had. The grounds are beautiful and taken care of, the clubhouse is great and the location is awesome. Highly recommend GreenVue.

They towed my car for no reason. Even though I parked my car at the visitors parking, I still got towed. My friend and her husband went to ask the office why they towed me and would not give them a clear answer! What kind of business are they running? I had to pay $300 out of my own pocket to get my car back. I was hours late to work and this entire situation was uncalled for. This whole system is wrong.

The staff is so friendly and helpful, they immediately made me feel welcome! The property is always kept really clean and they have great floor plans to choose from. The pool, lobby/rec area, and gym are also a huge plus! Would definitely recommend:)

I have been apartment shopping for a few months now, being new to the Richardson area after moving. After multiple apartment complexes I've seen, Greenvue is by far one of the nicest I have seen with reasonable rent prices. I was helped by a nice young lady named Matyia who was a tremendous help finding the best place for me close to the pool and lounge area. Overall 5 stars!

Stopped by last week just to get some pricing and info for a relative moving to DFW in June. Very nice property and staff. Ma Tyia was very nice.

Great customer service I went on a tour and they were really nice and so help with things that would accommodate me! If you're looking for a very nice looking apartment and friendly people who will work with you, these apartments are it.

Great apartments spacious with nice view and the staff was awesome, helping & patient! Especially Ms. MaTyia she is outstanding.:)

From the moment I walked in everyone was super nice and helpful. Julie has gone above and beyond since I moved in. She has answered my million questions and never seems to get annoyed. Always super sweet. Being new to TX this is a great location and area. Love all the amenities.

The amenities are best any apartment around has to offer. All of the apartments are modern and spacious. There’s an abundance of parking spaces. The dog park is perfect. All around great place to live!

I love these apartments! The pool is very big and includes covered areas, which is great for those hot days in the summer. The floor plans are very open and spacious and have modern, updated appliaces. I also love how pet friendly this complex is, the dog park is so convenient and cute!

Loud parties with drugs and police showing up late at night.

Leasing my apartment was a breeze thanks to Kennedy. He was very nice and made me fee at home. He also shared the excitement of me moving into my new place with me as if he was moving too! The property is awesome and all staff were very good at telling me Welcome Home and making me feel at home when I picked up my keys! I recommend anyone to make Greenvue your home! You wont regret it!

They fool you with false promise to sell their apartment. Give incorrect information and when you move in you are shocked with what you actually get. When I asked to correct the mistake they have done been asked to pay 500$ rent more to get what I actually wanted. This management sucks and people are mean and cruel. Please do not come to this place any time.

This is by far the worst place as far as parking goes. Great deals but you will end up paying more than your lease with tow fees alone. They do not explain this too you. They give you more info each time you car gets towed. They will not reinverse you. So make sure you tell your friends, family, loved ones. YOUR CAR WILL GET TOWED EACH AND EVERY TIME.

If you want to smell trash 24 and get taken advantage of by the apartment complex you live in, then this is the place for you!
