24 From the moment we walked in to ask about availability, Kennedy has taken great care of us. He remembers residents’ names, and greets everyone warmly.
The grounds are well taken care of, maintenance requests are handled promptly as well as emails regarding different questions or concerns.
In our time at GreenVue, we have never felt like our needs weren’t met or not a priority to the management team. We have truly never experienced *customer service* like this at an apartment community.
These apartments are super luxurious and the leasing agents are extremely nice and helpful. Trash is picked up right outside the door and walls are thick so neighbors are rarely heard throughout the night. Would 100% recommend.
Worst customer service ever. Leasing office is not very helpful and didn't give all the information.
Fire alarm keep going off all the time very very uncomfortable if this keep happening I will look for other options
