Guitar Center, Farmers Branch TX

I assumed curb side pickup would be faster.its not THIS store's problem but rather the network itself i guess. It sounds like the average time it takes to get an item to be picked up is 7 hours which is pretty ridiculous. Corporate should figure out a more streamlined process. Its disappointing. So i recommend just going into the store to buy what you need.

Tremendous. I got a great Gibson Les Paul, and I love it. The sales guy made it so easy and fast. All in all fantastic esperience at LBJ store. Thanks GC!

Seems like people clown on Guitar Center, but they've always been welcoming, super-helpful, and willing to price match. This location was no different.

Terrible service. Husband and I walked around for 1/2 hour. No one around to answer questions. 2 other customers in the store so it's not like they were busy.

I can often find exactly what I need and the employees are friendly and helpful. Aaron the guitar tech did my repair for free because the malfunction my bass had was due to another Guitar Center tech doing an inadequate job 2+years ago, and he answered all my questions and resolved my other instrument issues. I was amazed by that generosity in customer service.

Great selection. Nice and friendly staff.

The location is terrible, though. It's a pain to get to and their parking lot is small.

They re-strung 2 of my guitars & called me back the same day. They were friendly and helpful.

I usually hit up at least one guitar shop in every major metro I go to. I happened into this GC a few weekends ago. Not a huge store but a very nice selection for what they had room for. Used gear prices were about in line with the normal for a GC. Wouldn't hesitate to use it for a purchase.

Returned there today. Very pleased. May be a small location, but the service is excellent and attentive. They took a return exchange from another location and got me the product I really wanted.
Very kind and helped me out a lot. I will gladly return to this location again.

It was a little smaller than other guitar centers. Everything was kinda everywhere and a mess. The staff didnt really bother with us to see if we needed anything. Idk if thats a good thing or not?

Went in with a friend who was getting him a digital piano. We were looking around with many questions that were all answered when James showed up to help us. Very knowledgeable & wasn't afraid to make suggestions like many of the sales people these days. I've done business with this store for 3yrs now. Good people to help great prices & great promos that make it easy for up & coming musicians to get brand name gear. I'd recommend these folks to anyone anytime

It's a good place to go if you want to buy a guitar or fix yours. There's also an acoustic section, bass, drum, keyboard, vintage area, and can have lessons in there as well the service is real good. They helps you out and are real nice. So yeah pretty straight forward

Walked in looking for a 3/4 sized electric guitar, because I have small hands, I couldn't find any for like 30 mins, until I finally stumbled across a few they had hanging on the wall, disappointed because I saw several employees, but not one of them greeted me, or asked if I needed help, I left and ended up by a guitar from Amazon.

I hate to be that guy that compares the two, but this one was by far way better than the location in Mesquite. I felt the inventory here was a lot more diverse. It wasn't your stereotypical guitar center inventory of starter Squier and Epiphones. They had Gibson, Fender, but also off end Jackson's, BC Rich, different Ibanez models and more. The amp selection surprised me as well. Very diverse.

If the location wasn't so far from home, I'd come back more often.

No one was in the drum department when I arrived. 10 minutes after waiting I asked someone in guitars to send someone over. The guy that came over, Chapo, was anything but helpful.

They fired everyone in the drum department. You have to walk the store to find help from someone that knows nothing about drums

Really cool place with cool people! Love the keyboard I purchased from them, will be back for more stuff, now if they only sold clothes driers, lol

Went here for my first piano. Staff was friendly, especially James. I got just what I needed and felt like I was fully educated on what would be best to get being a beginner.

Good price on reeds for clarinet. So glad they sell the basics for other instruments and are open late. Thank you
