Guitar Center, Farmers Branch TX

Slow checkout, but awesome place to see what you need/like. Experts are on site and it is fairly easy to get any question answered about instruments/equipment/software. Ive purchased my equipment from places i trust - Guitar Center!

This store has a wide selection of items but their customer service is piss poor. No one seems to work around here and you'll be waiting half an hour for a simple transaction. Another gentleman and I were waiting for someone to come up to the register. We both made remarks to each other about how this GC has no employees. The employees that finally show up seem like they don't even want to deal with you. This kind of service is why more and more musicians rely on online retailers. I've had much better luck with the Mesquite location but that is a smaller store with limited selection.
