Just bought my 5th car (this one was for my daughter) from GUNN, I absolutely love the VIP service I get from my favorite salesman Roger and the used car sales manager Mikel!

Took my traverse in for an oil change. At that time I asked them to look into a noise I was hearing, after the oil change they took it for a test drive found an item that needed to be corrected and got that done the same day.very helpful, great communication definitely I’ll be taking my car there for service all the time

No hassle or pressure from Albert. Overall stand up guy that didn’t pressure us or try to force us j to a vehicle we didn’t want or a more expensive vehicle.

Did not keep their word on replacing parts after vehicle purchase. Also, noticed hard shifting after driving vehicle off lot. Ended up having to put in 3 quarts of transmission fluid. Don't you guys check the fluids before selling the vehicles? I would not buy from them again.

We had a factory recall on our Malibu, scheduled our appt 1 week out so the rep could order the parts and dropped off at 7am. Called the next day and was told they didn’t have any of the parts and he would need to order them again. Picked up our car, dropped it off a week later and the same thing happened. When I called back, I was told the rep was no longer employed there and Benjamin Guffey (Asst Mgr) took over. If it wasn’t for Ben, my review would be 1 star. Ben apologized, took charge and got the job done. His communication skills are exemplary, kept me updated thru text, complimentary loaner and just flat out gave us the service we expected to receive from Gunn. Benjamin is a true asset and the only reason this rating went from a 1 to a 5. Thanks Ben!

We have been looking for new truck for over 9 months. With the incentive of employee pricing and other discounts we could not resist and purchased a brand new 2018 Chevrolet Silverado. As we made this purchase on the last day of the employee discount, the dealership was packed yet our salesman, Josh Allen remained attentive and kept us posted on each step of the process. Great experience! We will definitely consider Gunn for our next vehicle purchase in the future.

I started out with a bad morning and experience but Jeff and his team turned that all around for me. The Service team was able to resolve the electrical issue and I had my truck by the end of the day. The cost was also a lot cheaper than another dealership quote. The topping of the cake was that I was also able to get my vehicle inspection done as well 20 minutes before the service desk closed. Talk about accommodations! One person took the vehicle to inspect, one person entered my information and the third guy ran to the store room for parts, and all to make sure I could be in the road by 7Pm. Mission accomplished!

My wife and I had a great experience at Gunn this past weekend thanks to our sales associate Logan Baird. He was not only super patient with our daughter in her "terrible twos" stage but highly informative on every vehicle we had questions about. If we had a question that he couldn't immediately answer, he quickly resourced the information and ensured our understanding. We truly felt in control of our search and there wasn't the feeling of someone up-selling us on a vehicle that was out of our budget. We left with a vehicle that 100% met our needs. My car was filthy from lugging around a hairy dog and a messy child, but it looked brand new after the detail was done! Amazing job. Will definitely be coming back again!

Well it was very simple pricing no haggling, wasn't quite sure about the first vehicle I selected so I have 48 hours to try it out afterwards I came back and select a different one which I'm much more happier with the price thanks to Ben he help me out even when it was pouring down rain.

When I got my car back there was a 4 inch scratch on the low drivers door and one of the seats still had spots. I returned the car the next day and way given a car to drive and they fixed the scratch and the seats.

Love the car, love the service. The least time it has ever taken to purchase a new car. Jake, Ron and Rob got to work, found my car and processed the sale so that I could get back to work on time. Great job Gunn.
