36My husband and I recently bought a new Chevy Malibu at this location. Sergio was fantastic and provided excellent service throughout the entire process. We never felt pressure to purchase, and he was very knowledgeable of their inventory. Not only did he provide excellent service prior to the sale, but he also even called a few months later to make sure that we were happy with our car. That is above and beyond! I would highly recommend this location and working with Sergio!

I think it goes without saying that as I have bought my last 10 cars from Gunn Chevrolet more so "Sergio Castilla" that the service I've received from Gunn and all the staff has always been outstanding!
ImI very angry and disappointed something got damaged on my car and you will probably lie about it and say it was time for this part to go out someone said I should give me car back because the repairs are expensive I may take that advice in the future
I believe AJ helped me out. I apologize if I got his name wrong. He was very professional and gave great customer service. I will be bringing back my tahoe in the future for service beacuse of him. Also the techs did a great job. Very happy overall.
I had initially called the dealership about information on a couple of cars. Jake helped me and very dedicated to making sure I got what I needed. I ended up purchasing my car through them with a trade in. It took a little longer than hoped to finish out the process but in the end I got the car I was looking for. All of the staff were very helpful and caring. Definitely recommend.
Amber did a great job in assisting me with getting an oil change. I tried to come in the day before, but when I arrived no one came out to assist me. The guy who was sitting on the outside was not interested in assisting me. It was the 15th Sept. 2018 at about 2pm. I instead went to a regular oil change place, but their vehicle inspection machine was down. That was the only reason I returned the next day to try again at your dealership.

We had an amazing experience buying our new Malibu! Our salesman, Ben, was helpful and informative. Tommy in finance was quick and also informative, and we got through the whole process quickly! I have already started recommending Gunn to my friends!
I was not happy with the time frame of 1 hour, which actually took 3 hours. I was quoted by the tech on Friday, that changing out the light kit should only take 30 min. And the cleaning up of the drivers light another 30 min. My SUV was in the back for a total of 2: 45 +. Don't give times when you cannot hold to it.
Everyone was so helpful and kind. Came back to service my other car, as always someone is there to help right away.
The Staff is courteous, knowledgeable, and fast. The waiting room is great, always stocked with beverages and great donughts. I love the coupons that I recieve. They always come at the right time. Buying my 2014 Equinox from Gunn Chevrolet’s dealer was the BEST decision I ever made! ️
Dealership is nice. I walked around for 10 minutes nobody greeted me. Guess everyone must have been busy.
This service dept was great to us. It too about two weeks initially to get an appointment but once we were able to take our car in, they diagnosed it quickly. Everyone was really great.so far everything is working great! @
