Got here at 1445 for a 1530 appointment. So here I sit Two hours past my appointment still waiting for a door assignment. Their stores might be a great place but the way they treat outside drivers is unacceptable. 6 hours total for 10 pallets straight pull off. Mark this place off my list to deliver to.

The worst place for truck drivers don’t bring any load here it will waste u are time u have to wait for hours to get empty this place a headache check before u are acce the load to this location bad management unprofessional people

Very organized warehouse. Appt time strictly. Overnight parking available. In and Out around 2 hours.

Don't worry about your appointment time that doesn't matter here. Make sure you have plenty of food and time on your clock.

Came in through Clay Rd. Didn't wait long to get called about 15min. Was there total about 2hrs.

Had a 6 AM appointment on a Sunday I got a door at 4: 45. I backed into it at 5: 15. I was out of there by 7: 15. Warehouse staff was professional and everything is done by texts. Oh and they had overnight parking.

The guard shack was very rude, when asked her for her name to report to her boss her answer was “ my name is what your name is”

Takes forever to check in, guard is slow has hell checking people in, took me 45 mins just to check in.

To the driver saying you will put your trailer in a ditch from said north direction.i sure didn't. Seems like that's advice for a rookie driver that has no knowledge of a wide swing button hook. Anyways, security guard gals were personable and nice. The unload was quick.and got right in on time for appt. Overall the only complaint is tight parking i to dock depending on trailers in front of docks and trucks at docks. Not a place for rookies lol.

Rude guard. They didn’t tell me that My door was assigned for 1.5 hours.drove me out while my broker did not call into the office They gave me my door after 10 minuets fight. Lamper guys where helpful and fast.

First time unloading here. I read the reviews, but as usual, I like to see for myself. I had no issues. That's from checking in, to unloading, and checking out. Docking area is too tight, staging area has twice the maneuver room, and could afford to give up 5ft along that fence line in front of said docking area. (HINT!)

Ridiculously slow to unload, employees barely acknowledge you. Want lumper fee before they start, then take 4 hours or more after you're in a dock

Bring some food because you gon be there for awhile at least 4hours or more to get unloaded stay away if possible

So far so good 6pm appt. In a door at 6pm, not to bad unloaded and out the gate by 9: 30 PM. Maybe just got lucky. First time here

Full of. Holding trucks hostage. Minimum of 5 hours before you are unloaded, you could run out of hours and end up doing a 10 hrs.reset at times. I HATE DELIVERING TO H E B WAREHOUSE!

They are not good for truckers if you have appointment they don’t care about it and they dis point you always so don’t forget if you’re truckers please don’t come to them and let’s your dispatch you don’t pick loads for them

I checked in 1 AM They take a long time to unloading I have appointment 4: 00 AM they give me dock 10: 00 AM and now is 11: 43 AM I’m still waiting for unloading

Checking in takes for ever. Parked on the road just to check in and the security that looks like he got his uniform at Baby Gap comes over throwing his attitude around. I wasn't going to stay there, just checking in. They need to replace all of those there starting with Miller behind the window.

This place sucks I had a 1: 00 pm appointment, checked in with the guard, waited for one hour to get a door, and then it took them till 7: 00 pm to get me unload, and the grand finale. They refused to write the time in and out on the Bol.
