H-E-B Distribution Center, Houston TX

Pack a lunch. Could be a long day. All staff were patient and professional but that's the only plus from my experience.

Five hours total time so bring breakfast lunch and dinner lumper guys do there work to unload you fast but H. E. B are the ones that sign the bills and that takes hours for them to recount n sign!

This place takes forever to get you unloaded. Took them 3 hours to finally get me unloaded and 2 more to get paperwork back. This place is horrible with time management, avoid like the plague if possible

Truckers nightmares, people here don't consider truck drivers, maybe it's because they don't understand the responsibility a truck driver have on a day to day basis.these people will ignore you and cause you to do a 14 sitting at the dock, according to them the red and green light don't always work, when is that added to a trucker list of things to do? I had no clue that would be in my pti, anyway if you have the opportunity to chose your next destination, please heed my warning, go somewhere else.wish I could give them a negative -star- cause that's Like an overdraft on my account leaving me with NEGATIVES.

My appointment was at 12 I got here one hour early and left at 6 PM but it only took them 45 minutes to offload me.

Unload here several times a week. Guards are helpful and lumper service does a good job getting product off quickly. Sometimes have to wait on qc to release us but lumper does good job!
