32Good Place To Shop But The Way They Treat Black Customer Is Wrong Slavery Is OverAnd The Staff At 2400 South Congress Should Be Told That
It's a busy heb but great customer service and they try being fast at checkout great place to get your groceries.
This Heb is clean and nice. The parking is a mess. Traffic is really bad on Oltorf and Congress so it is not easily accessible.
Not much in the produce section, especially for such health conscious people in the area. It's just okay.
This is one of the worst HEB's in central Texas. It's old, small, and crowded. All those 4+ star reviews are from all of the out of town people that moved here and have never been to an HEB. I grew up in San Antonio, which has some of the best HEBs in Texas.
Very helpful staff, one of the staff members helped me find something, I asked him and we couldn’t find it and then about 15 mins later he went looking for me and told me he had found it, the store was pretty clean, things were in order. Great place!
Pros: It's HEB Cons: It's HEB Price is always right, but it's always busy. And this location is particularly small, so it's a tight squeeze to shop here on a weekday night or weekend when everyone else wants to as well. Curbside pick up is the way to go, though and has made this location much more manageable.
I love how personal this HEB is. I love the staff here. I have so many stories of the staff just going above and beyond without being asked. I am so thankful to them for kind words and stickers for my fussy kiddos.
Nice selection big and clean. Some of the product locations make no sense and its HEB so the prices aren’t always on point. Parking lot is a bit trashed.
Love this place. I'm a HEB fan in Houston, and really loved shopping in this store in Austin.
H E Butt? Is that really what HEB stands for?
I thought it was.here everything's better!
Theyre credit card machines are antiquated and do not always read your card right. They even have a little sign that says you have to hold it there. Just kind of an annoyance when youre spending money at a place and they make it inconvenient to do so.
