H-E-B plus!, Katy TX

I FELT LIKE THE CURBSIDE PICK UP WAS A BREEZE. THE YOUNG LADY WAS EXTREMELY NICE AND PUT AWAY MY GROGCERIES.

The shop at this H-E-B in others frequently. They have find products an excellent value. Four stars because if you're like me and you've ever shopped at more than one HEB oh, you've come to realize they don't all carry the same thing and you're annoyed that you can't get everything you want all in one place.

This H-E-B location is well kept with nice employees. If you haven't already, make sure to try some creamy creations HEB ice cream or sherbet, just as good if not better than Blue Bell. The prices aren't as good as other grocery stores, but the produce section is great and the atmosphere is friendly.

Everything you need but took so long to allow costumers to decide for themselves about their choice when it comes to the decision to wear or not a mask.

I love this particular HEB and I guess so do others cause the parking lot and store is always full

It deserves 5 stars for all the regular reasons a good grocery store would, however, during this pandemic, they made me feel safe.

I prefer shopping at this HEB over the other HEB's. This store is larger an better selection than the other. The have the items I'm looking for the other stores don't have or stop carrying. The HEB by my house stopped carrying a lot of items I used an asked about the items they said we never carried the items, but I find them at this store.

I was disappointed to see a customer walk around the store today without a mask. Surely someone at the door should have stopped him, I spoke to him but he just walked off. Today 99% of the customers wore masks HEB MUST enforce this for all our sakes

For a grocery store, this place is great. The sushi is good, and they have a HUGE selection, especially in the beer and wine section.

Beautiful, huge, clean HEB PLUS! Please, please, please put a super store in Columbus Tx.the HEB store here is soooooo old and so plain. COME and make this town something.

A wide variety of products at reasonable prices along with adequate parking. The best place to shop for all your grocery supplies.

At check out it was VERY busy, long lines! My eight year old daughter ended up bagging our groceries to help. The cashier Caitlin F was doing my coupons and because I grabbed a Diet juice and not regular (same price and the coupon was hanging in front of it) she would not honor the 20 cents. Did I mentioned that we bagging over 20 bags of groceries! Really.it was a big deal over the coupon (as she dug through my bags) but not getting my groceries bagged.

I had over 50 items and the check out was so fast and they were so nice to my nephew. Will come back soon.

Very clean. Attentive employees, short lines and fresh produce. Can't ask anymore from a grocery store!

I use to go to other stores until I realized that this place has the freshest produce, excellent choices in meat and seafood, and the selection in everyday supplies is unbeatable. Did I mention that the customer service here is top notch? My store indefinitely.

I was very disappointed with such a big store they don't carry phone chargers. I was in desperate need of a phone charger and ended up having to go to walgreens and pay double what I would pay anywhere else.

Love coming here. I love the ready meals section. It is the biggest selection of food then all the other HEB I have been to. I wish they had more HEB plus

Easy access to store, parking not an issue. Lots of different choices, with many simple stands. Products neatly arranged and faced every day. Staff are happy to serve and helpful when needed. Sections are well laid out which makes it easy to find products. Bags are packed well and loaded into shopping carts every time.

May not be for the frugal and in store coupon means find it before you get to the cashier. They are trained to put you on hold and take the next person in line. I was already exhausted when I went in. Plenty of happy faces however:)

It's a great location and great place to buy groceries and everything. It's quiet and healthy sections for everywhere.
