23The store relocated all the items in a way that is very confused, I have been visiting this store for 11 years but I think I will go to kroger's.
From now on, I'm only going to this HEB. They are extremely friendly and helpful. They are very organized as well. Last year during the storm, they had a very long line but it moved really fast. I was highly impressed at how we were able to get what we needed and get out. Even now almost a year after the storm, on rainy days, HEB has a team of workers with unbrellas walking guest to their cars. This is the definition of above and beyond. Thank you HEB.
This is the second time I’ve had trouble with the bakery. I just picked up a cake and they “forgot to write the message” on top of the cake and “had already put away their icing and could not write anything on it”. So disappointed.
