We were referred to Hauk through a Belclaire Homes rep. We interviewed them along with 2 other pool construction companies. We met with Tim Ryan who was the design consultant. He was great to work with. He thoroughly listened to what we wanted and integrated that into a truly creative design. He was available on an ongoing basis for questions or concerns. Brock Bardwell was our construction supervisor. Brock was also great - we never actually met in person while we were working we were never home while he was there! But nevertheless, he was able to keep us notified and communicated well both through text and over the phone. He was professional and thorough on an ongoing basis. We did run into a couple of construction mishaps between Hauk and their subcontractors, but they were corrected without question. I would definitely choose both him and Tim again. The only disappointment was setting expectations up front. We were told it would be a couple of months to finish construction after the design process and it took at least six months to finish. We were told it was because of Covid causing construction delays. In the end, the pool looks beautiful and very happy having worked with both Tim and Ryan through the process.

We can’t say enough of how pleased with our pool from Hauk. We love the way it turned out and had the best PM a homeowner could ask for. Brock was so patient, professional, and hard working. He always kept us updated. He made the pool building process fun.

Jimmy did a fantastic job with the design and installation of my lighting around my new Hauk Pool. He always followed through with his commitments and offered some really cool suggestions.
My lighting around the pool looks like a 5 star resort due to Jimmy's suggestions.

Excellent pool design and customer service. Had a few issues pop up and Geoff Waco was able to get my issues scheduled and resolved quickly. Our Hauk pool is approaching 10 years old. We recently required a repair and received OUTSTANDING service. Hauk clearly stands behind their product. Denise in their customer service department is an absolute pleasure to work with. She was proactive, responsive and provided exceptional follow-up to get our repair resolved.

NIGHTMARE! Signed our contract in September 2017 and still not completed. Awful customer service. Had so many issues through this process and still having issues with our spa. If I could give zero stars here I would. Can't believe the lack of respect and care for a young family who spent a fortune.

We had a great experience building our pool with Hauk. Tim Ryan created a great looking pool and made the pool decision process easy. Seth Hamilton was our project manager and he went out of his way to help us the couple times things came up that needed attention. We have referred Hauk to many friends and neighbors.

This review is being written for Jared Clardy at Hauk Custom Pools. Jared first came to my home early on a very cold January morning to re-train me on several aspects of operating our pool. He spent almost 2 hours helping me, teaching me, and providing me with tips. His customer service and attention to detail and patience with a guy who hates the details (me!) was amazing. Since January, we have had other challenges that have needed to be addressed with our heater, the iAqualink app, and generally ensuring the pool operates the way it should. Jared always answers my calls or texts with in the hour, if not within minutes. He always has advice and answers. He came to our house at 10p last Saturday night on his way out of town because we were having a dozen late night guests (it was prom night and the kids planned to use the hot tub). He worked in the dark to fix our heater.
In short, Jared is one of those rare people in a customer facing role who will do "whatever, whenever, wherever" to serve his customer. I travel the country for my job and find myself in literally dozens of situations daily where I do not receive outstanding, incredibly competent customer service. I notice this stuff. Jared has exceeded my expectations and he continues to. Thank you Jared!

Everyone at Hauk Pools were very helpful throughout our whole process! Damon and Seth always went the extra mile to make sure we got what we paid for. We did very extensive research and found that Hauk was the best pool for the money by far and they didn't disappoint in any way. From the design center to our backyard they were very detailed and they literally did everything they said they would do and more! Its been 4 months from completion and they have gone the extra mile even after they were done to make sure it is perfect! I highly recommend them all the way across the board!

We built our pool 4 years ago with Hauk. Nick designed it and did a great job! The process wasn’t without problems, but I could always count on Nick to make sure things turned out right. He learned how to make his customers happy from his dad Robbie who genuinely loves his company and the people who trust him to build a quality pool. I still call Robbie or Nick any time I have a problem or question about my pool and they take care of it right away. We are thrilled we chose Hauk because with it being a family run operation, we will always be in good hands!

They were blocking my house with the machines screaming at 7 am over spring break while my family was sleeping. Inconsiderate and unprofessional and probably illegal since you're supposed to keep the street open. Park in parallel, not side by side.

My husband and I have been wanting to have a custom pool built for some time. A friend of ours had a pool designed by Hauk Custom Pools, and highly recommended that we contact the designer of their pool at Hauk, Braulio Duran (Leo). We got in touch with Leo and we couldn't be happier. Leo is a talented artist, who wants to make sure we get exactly what we want in our pool design. We met with Leo on three occasions before our build began. He walked us through the design process from beginning to end and has stayed in contact with us throughout the building process. His eye for detail and knowledge of pool construction is impressive. He is very easy to work with! I highly recommend that anyone looking for a beautiful, custom pool meet with Leo. We are thrilled with the design he created for our family. It's exactly what we want and perfect for our family. The quality of the workmanship is impressive and everyone at Hauk has been great to work with.

Good price, great design. We had some punch list items that got done with a little prompting. Our last one took a while, but once Robby (the owner) heard about it, he was at my house the next day.

Before this project, we made sure Hauk was aware that our existing French drains were just sufficient to handle the volume of rainwater runoff our backyard accumulates and we were ensured the drains would be reconnected and/or new ones installed to accommodate the drainage. As part of the pool construction, Hauk replaced our existing drains with one about a quarter of the size of our previous ones and we're now left with a terrible drainage problem. Hauk is asking us to pay extra to "upgrade" to the larger drains we had before. The verbal commitment from the salesman didn't hold much water. We are truly surprised Hauk took this position. It's bad business. The pool equipment works well. So an extra star for that.

Mr. Antonio Beverly is an wonderful pool engineer, he has knowledge, he has skill and more important, he has heart and soul to serve people. I would like to give him a full score for his service today! I also like to thank manager Jeff, who sent a right person to us.

My Wife, Lisa and I shopped at least 5 different pool builders before signing a contract with Hauk Custom Pools in December 2016. The was a HUGE decision for us as this pool would be in addition to our final home we built for our retirement on 5.5 acres in 2011. We knew we would be living with it for the next 30 years (God willing). Having owned pools in previous homes we appreciate the pros and cons of ownership. We required top quality, attention to every detail, and a perfect outcome upon completion at a fair price. We started with Damon in sales, who spent several weeks (if not over a month) with us designing and redesigning over and over until we got it perfect! He was awesome using the pool studio software that would show every aspect on how the pool would look, along with sunken full bar with swim up seating, caban and closet attached. Construction started on January 4th 2017 where we met or PM, Jeremy Pecina. For the next 6 months Jeremy and I spent a lot of time working together during the construction. I work from home and was able to participate daily on progress and witnessed the quality of work Jeremy does and all the subcontractors from excavation, to plumbing, rebar, electrical, gunite, plaster, custom stone construction of bar, cedar cabana, attached storage closet, travertine decking. And stone work for waterfall and diving ledge. During construction, everyone at Hauk and even the sub contractors always took time to answer my questions and talk things through with my wife and I if we wanted a change or needed to make a unexpected hard decision (as we all do during major construction projects) everyone was patient and we worked through it to the final solution. Sammy Trevino, the construction operations manager checked in periodically through the process to make sure things were getting done right. Cynthia and the office staff were always helpful and informed on any questions or issue as well! Finally in late May/early June 2017 we were done. Grass installed and wrought iron fences up! WOW was it impressive. In fact I'd call it “sick” or “dope” (as all my friends and neighbors do)! Even more impressive is when we had a few issues after all was said and done Hauk and Sammy Trevino and Jeremy Pecina was right there to fix them, no delay, no questions asked. If for no other reason than that I would strongly recommend Hauk as they stand behind what they do, and do what they say. My wife and I look forward to years of fun in the sun with our new pool and have peace of mind if there are any issues Hauk will be there now and in the future. I would absolutely do recommend Hauk Custom Pools to anyone considering a new pool. It was worth the money and for what you get in return with integrity, quality and value. It's not always easy to find that in a company these days. Especially with something you know you'll have to live with the rest of your life. Hats off HCP! Hauk did an amazing job this past summer. I met with several pool companies to see their ideas and Peter blew every single one away. He was extremely creative when helping me with ideas and then absolutely nailed the final design! I get compliments on my "resort pool" all the time. My project manager Seth was awesome to work with and went above and beyond to make sure the design turned into the most perfect pool my wife and I could imagine. There were a couple items that had to be redone and Seth took care of them immediately every time. I have recommended both these guys and Hauk to several friends I know around the area and know their pool will turn out great!
