Awesome doctor and staff members. He provides excellent care to his patients and explains everything.

My son is 13 and my daughter is 10 and they have both been seeing Dr. Weiss since they were born. Dr. Weiss is a very knowledgeable and caring doctor. He is always very understanding when I have concerns about my children and does all he can to make me feel better. His staff is always helpful and kind. Dr. Weiss and his staff make us feel like we are with family not just at a doctors office.

Dr Weisse is the best doctor that anyone can ask for. I have been taking kids there since 2007. He is an excellent pediatrician that anyone can ask for. His very respectful, understanding and a great listener. I definitely recommend him to anyone whose looking for a great doctor for their kids. I can’t say enough about his staff they are super sweet friendly and with great big heart that they have. I love and adore the staff and the doctor for the way they take care of it’s patients.

He's very aggressive and doesn't treat all his patients the same. I will be looking for another doctor for my children.

We absolutely love Dr. Shelley. As an expecting mom 7 years ago, he invited me to his office so I could grill and interrogate him with questions to make sure he'd be a good fit for our growing family. We've never regretted the decision!

When my 1st born was hospitalized, he visited us in the pediatric ward to check up on us, he told us his prediction of what was going on, but that we needed to go through all the steps and recommendations of the hospital pediatrician to rule out any more serious conditions. 3 days later we were home and he was 100% correct.

He takes the time to listen to my questions, and as a mom most importantly he takes my concerns seriously. I also work in the health field, and he shows me respect both as a professional and as a parent. He's always given us excellent referrals to specialists that we have loved working with (otherwise we would have been lost looking on our own!) including ENT, pulmonologist, cardiologist, and lactation consultants.

Something I love about the office is that they'll always accommodate you. It's hard to plan ahead for a strep throat or ear infection appointment, but Dr. Weiss will see us THAT day. He's also excellent about following up to ensure the issue has been resolved.

The rooms are full of cards and pictures of patients throughout the years. My boys love finding themselves on the wall!

We feel very lucky to have found Dr. Weiss and look forward for him to meet our newest addition in 2021!

Dr. Weiss is by far the best pediatrician we have ever used. He always makes sure to spend time and listen to not only the parent, but to the kids as well. He never makes you feel like you are a burden or he doesn't have time for you. His bedside manner is phenomenal! I love the fact that he always makes sure to get you in the same day if your kids are sick. There have even been times when I wasn't sure what to do and it was the weekend or even late at night.and his answering service always made to sure to have him call me. Dr. Weiss NEVER once made me feel like I was a bother to him, and was genuinely concerned about my kids. He is our "forever" doctor. We couldn't be happier to have such an amazing pediatrician!

Shelley Weiss should really retire. He diagnosed my son for being speech delayed and referred me to a speech therapy center.the therapist we were assigned to was concerned about my son’s hearing. She asked if he had ever had ear infections in the past and I said yes and he still has them. She said with me having ppo insurance that I could take him to any ENT specialist I would like. Took him to the ENT and he couldn’t believe Dr Weiss hadn’t referred him to someone. Long story short my son failed the hearing test at ent (which dr Weiss office said he passed) had chronic fluid in his ears meaning the fluid was always in his ear and couldn’t drain properly which explains the ear infections and also enlarged adenoids. The fluid and adenoids caused the speech delay since he was unable to hear more than 50 percent of the things around him. The whole time he needed ear tubes and adenoids removed not a therapist. The ENT said there wasn’t any amount of therapy that would have corrected the issues my son was having. If you go with dr Weiss you will just have follow up after follow up.he wants to keep everything in house instead of sending you to a doctor that can actually help. All he does is stay on the iPad, ask a few questions, then says okay Let’s see them again next week or two!

This is one of the most unprofessional doctor office staff I have ever encountered. I attempted to make an appointment based off a referral and the front desk receptionist laughed at my child’s expense. Do not ever go to this office ever.

WORST PEDIATRICIAN I HAVE EVER SEEN. DEALS WITH SEVERAL PATIENTS AT THE SAME TIME, THEN BILLS YOU FOR DIAGNOSING CONDITIONS THAT YOU VOLUNTARILY TOLD HIM ABOUT. SHOULD BE IN MEDICAL RESEARCH, NOT IN PRACTICE. A BIG SHAME!

This man is rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. Steer clear of him and his practice. There has been at least one incident with him at all 4 of my son’s appointments that have left my girlfriend and I either frustrated or speechless, and today took the cake when he said “ When you roll over on your baby, and have to call me at 3 a.m. When your baby is blue and lifeless, you’re not going to like what I have to say. ”. Who says that kind of thing about one of their patients, let alone a baby? ! I understand co-sleeping is controversial, and that he is allowed to have an opinion, but what he said is abrasive and appalling. He didn’t take the time to understand that my son sleeps with his mom in a chair to where she can’t roll on him, and that he is not in a dangerous situation. Regardless of whether or not he takes the time to understand the situation, what he said is absolutely unacceptable. The receptionist was also rude the couple times we had to interact with her as well. This was the worst experience we’ve ever had with a doctor and we will not be going back.

Clinic staff is very nice and professional but as far as dr Shelly Weiss, He is sarcastic when it comes to me asking questions, he is rude, he is very rough when it comes to doing his job with children

Well I had to switch drs yesterday. My oldest daughter has been with Dr. Weiss since she was born, he came to check her and everything the day she was born. I never really liked him what I mean by that is he is rude and so rough with my kids. When they have an ear infection he is still rough when cleaning their ears. My oldest the 3 year old told him she was going to be a dr and he said nothing. He is a horrible pediatrician and I feel like he needs to work with older adults and not kids. The only reason why I stayed with him was bc of his staff especially karina. I love his staff so much expect the lady in the front the new girl I didn’t get a chance to know her but Daisy and karina and the white girl that loved my Everly and Nessa so much just know I cry typing this bc y’all made me feel so welcomed but waiting yesterday for over an hr to get seen was ridiculous and wasn’t the first time and sure isn’t worth it for dr Weiss.

I honestly didn’t want to give no stars but had no option! Staff is extremely rude and lazy. When you call the receptionist seems like she doesn’t know what she’s doing and Daisy is super rude no kind of manners. She start giving you attitude and getting loud with you. They try nothing to go out and beyond for there patient well being and care. They don’t care how sick your child is they always want to send you to the ER, in that case what’s the point of having a pediatrician if my child can never get in to be seen. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING!

Dr. Weiss is a good doc and the staff are great with children. However, this doctor doesn't care for the comfort of the parents. The chairs bin the waiting room are not comfortable for the obese parents.

I literally have never disliked a pediatrician so much. He couldn't even clean my daughters ears without having to be extremely rough and he even scraped her ear drum trying to do so causing her to bleed. He gets uncomfortably close to the patients, AND parent! He makes you hold your child in your lap, for what seems like he can get as close to you as possible. It seems odd and creepy. He also tries to bill you for every little thing! He charged my insurance company 161.00 for scraping my daughters ear wax, all while injuring her! This doctor should quit practicing or be put out of business. If you love your child at all, do not bring them here. I visited dr. Weiss on 4 separate occasions to give him the benifit of the doubt and see if his behavior improved and it didn't.

My daughter has been under his care since she was born in 2005 at Medical City, I don't have any complaints.

We love Dr. Weiss. He is the doctor for both my boys and my new little girl and has always gone above and beyond the call of duty.

I saw another reviewer who stated that Dr. Weiss has never prescribed more than amoxicillin, which was definitely not the case with us. My youngest son had strep back-to-back and then Dr. Weiss found an additional bacterial infection, so my son was on a myriad of antibiotics. Dr. Weiss figured out the infection when 2 ENTs missed it. He is great.

My kids have been going to him since birth, and he is truly amazing. My kids love him, and he is great with getting whatever problem there is taken care of. I highly recommend him.

My family loves Dr. Weiss! He has been my firstborn daughter's doctor for the past 10 years, my 2nd child for 8 years and is now my newborn pediatrician. I love that his office is always clean and the staff is nice and friendly. Sometimes there is a wait, but not as bad as other offices. Also, I have been to his office for emergencies, and he has been able to squeeze my daughter's in, so I know that if I'm waiting longer than usual, might be due to a sick child that was not an scheduled appointment. I love that they have a sick waiting room for kids that might be contagious.

This doctor is neglectful of certain things and parents concerns. He is also very rough with babies. My son had MRSA when he was a newborn and I expressed my concerns of my son consistently itching when his diaper was taken off and Dr. Weiss insisted he was a boy and it was normal for boys to grab their privates. This was years ago, I'm surprised to see he is still practicing.
