This place is great if you’re looking to repair or maintain luxury as well as mid tier watches. I brought my Movado 800 series and Vincero watch and they did a great job servicing them as well as finding a perfect fitting metal band for my Vincero watch. I am very satisfied with the friendly customer service, very understanding and nice people. Price is reasonable, but more importantly the quality of work is something you can’t get elsewhere. Definitely recommend this place.

I’ve been a customer of High Grade Watch for over a year now. Hutch and Harry are two of the most thoughtful, experienced and passionate watchmen I’ve ever seen. The quality of their work will far exceed any and all expectations.

Another thing I want to mention, They are extremely polite and highly educated. I brought in Tag that needed the battery replaced. I've had the watch for 20 plus years and it's MINT, it was a watch my Mom gave me one year before she passed away so it' a pretty big deal to me.

As soon as I walked in the door I had a feeling of professionalism and trust. They really know watches, they had it done in 24 hours, the office and staff is very professional, and it was all done for less than I expected. I will bring them more business. I came here to change batteries on my Tag. They did a pretty good job. Since my Tag had chronograph, it took one day for them to complete the work and they delivered the watch back as promised. They also said all scratches can be removed for $49. I took a chance of trying it out. They removed all the scratches possible and made my watch shine. Overall good place to service your branded watches.

Definitely my go to place for all watch repair and services! I had my vintage 1950's Rolex Datejust serviced along with the crown being fixed. When I received the watch back it looked amazing and works perfectly. Hutch is the ultimate professional and is very knowledgeable in his craft. I took my Cartier watch here to get the battery fixed, polished, and adjusted. Hutch and Harry were extremely professional and efficient getting everything done in a timely manner. Hutch and the team did an amazing job putting some TLC on my beloved Breitling Super Avenger which was in dire need of cosmetic polishing to remove scratches and restore back to its like new condition!
