My Rolex had been giving me problems and when I brought it to High Grade watch they worked on it several times. When the problem was still occurring they told me the face didn’t fit my watch. I had traded my original watch for a newer one and the jeweler put the face on the watch an cut the hands to go over my diamonds. The face also was too big for my new watch. Hutch the master watchmaker was talking to me about it and I then remembered when that happened without telling me they had done that. He found a new face for me and replaced the hands and my watch has been working great ever since. If I could I would give High Grade Watch 10 stars.

Great service and knowledge! I brought in two watches, one Rolex and one tag. Both needed some repairs but both watches had a ton of scratches on them. I could not believe the difference in the before and after pictures. You can tell the time and quality they spent on fixing and cleaning up these watches that they take pride in what they do. I highly recommend them and I will be using them from here on out!

I had a great experience at High Grade Watch starting with the quick response from my online correspondence through the repair process. I had my Bulova Chronograph Precisionist serviced for a very reasonable cost. They replaced my battery, replaced the seal and pressure tested to verify it was water-tight. They were very knowledgeable, explained the process and had extremely fast turnaround. Very personable and professional group of folks. I’m sure to be a repeat customer.

Amazing watch place. I just recently bought 2 watches from them and loved it, I scratched one up one night going out with friends and they assured me it will all be back to normal. I just went there with about 7 watches that needed adjustments &/or batteries, & I received the best service I've ever received at a watch repair location. The guy who greeted me was polite, precise with his work, & most importantly for some very quick (I was out in about an hour) for those who have tight schedules. I was a walk-in, they had a very comfortable waiting room, offered me water, just top notch service and their work matches their catering.

They do repair for all watches, expensive to inexpensive like most of mine were. Don't hesitate to come here even if it's further than a mall kiosk! Worth it.
