An exceptional and honest service I received from the Hiley Volkswagon team. I had the pleasure working with Alanna Carter on making my very first car purchase in my life. I received a good trade in offer for my old vehicle which was on its last leg. Alanna did not come off as aggressive or gimmicky. She was very patient, professional and kind to me during the whole experience. Despite my credit score being in the fair range and the condition of my old car, the finance team were still able to get me approved while showcasing the same humility as Alanna did. Now I’m in my new car. I love it. And thankful for the peace of mind that came with and after the purchase. Thank you Alanna and Thank you Hiley Volkswagon crew for all your help.

Best VW Dealership on this side of the rio grande. I was taken care of promptly. At first I didnt think that it was possible to have such a friendly, no pressure sales experience at a dealership but I was proven wrong by the sales manager and salesperson "C". Both amazing people who were very friendly. Also, Sarah in finance was very quick and professional. She is 5 star for sure. I finally had a good experience at a dealership. Thank you, Hiley!

I've purchased three vehicles from Hiley VW and the greatest salesman ever, Jorge Ruiz! Jorge is more like family at this point as he has built great rapport with me, is genuinely interested in placing me in the right vehicle, and has great follow-up.

This year has been a rough for most people. Due to unfortunate circumstances, I needed to trade my vehicle in for something more economical. Jorge, his manager, and the finance representative were very accommodating and I left with not only a new vehicle, but with a sense of relief that when I am in need of a vehicle, Jorge and his team will always help me the best way possible.

My husband and I came in this weekend to trade in his used Volkswagen Passat for his dream car. JP was so helpful in helping us to get a brand new 2021 Golf S. I highly recommend JP. JP was incredible, from the approval process to the test drive process to the trade in process. He was very knowledgeable and did not push us into anything we didn’t want to do. He gave us his honest opinion on different models and what they currently had in stock. We ended up driving away in a brand new car in less than 4 hours. We will be back whenever we decide to buy a car for me also!

The only reason they have 1 star is the receptionist. She was very friendly and caring. The finance guy was rude and said he didn't handle refinancing only sales did. We had to wait 45 mins for the Supervisor since she was the only one working and was on the phone but then a male employee was the one to come help us. So I'm not sure why they said there was only one employee and she was busy that's why we had to wait so long.

They charge a separate reconditioning fee on their used cars. I have not seen that at any other dealership. They told me my trade-in needed extensive bodywork, yet it was listed for sale on their own website only a couple days later with no bodywork having been done. They offered me a low trade-in value based on the work they claimed needed to do on my trade-in and they never did that work so that was a dishonest ploy. So they added a non-negotiable reconditioning fee to the used car we bought, they would not negotiate on ourTrade in, and they wouldn’t even provide a second key for the use car we were buying. So there was no negotiation at all on their behalf, so I would not buy there again. Even though this is the second vehicle was purchased from highly Volkswagen, I would not shop there again nor would I recommend them as a dealership.

Our salesperson was Cion or C as she goes by. We test drove a Tiguan. C really lacked knowledge about the car other than the obvious which this car has a lot of tech. We negotiated for a bit but couldn't quite reach a monthly payment. So out came the big guns, Sales manager ernesto came out to pressure us into the purchase. When we told him we needed to go home and discuss this big purchase and the price being presented which I thought was reasonable. He came back with this is a take it or leave it deal. This will not be available to you tomorrow. I told him that thats not the way to do business and that we would not be coming back. He responded with he's been in this business 10+ years! We decided to take our business to another VW in Fort Worth which was beyond great (check out the review)! Oh and guess who called the next morning with the same take it or leave it deal? Yes C.

This was hands down the worst buying experience I’ve ever had. Sales and finance team lied to me just to make a sale. After the fact they won’t help me or even return my calls. My sixth VW purchase will be my last thanks to the poor customer service at hiley.

My wife and I had a great experience with Hiley and Alanna Carter. We called several other dealerships that promised the world to get us to come to the dealership only to be disappointed when they couldn't deliver on the specifics that were discussed over the phone. Thankfully, we contacted Alanna at Hiley and she actually listened to the specifics of what we wanted and our budget, and she was able to get the car, trim package, and price we were looking for. We probably weren't the easiest customers to deal with, but Alanna was patient and worked hard to find exactly what we were looking for at a price point we were set on staying under. I cannot recommend Alanna and Hiley enough if you are in the market for a new VW.

I want to personally thank Adrian and Chris for assisting me and my husband on selecting the perfect car for our daughter. Adrian and Chris are the best car salesmen that we have ever worked with! We were also impressed with the rest of the staff as well. Adrian and Chris made buying a first car for our daughter a smooth transaction! I will gladly refer my friends to Hiley VW/Mazda of Arlington! Thanks again to Adrian and Chris for making my daughter’s “Sweet 16” birthday a dream come true!

My salesman Michael Berry wakes me through the whole process and was easy to keep in touch with. He was willing to work with my schedule and even stayed over an hour past closed with me!

I took my passat in for a recall and now I have a bulb out indicator on my dash. I don't recommend this place for service.

Mo at Hiley Volkswagon always takes care of his people. When I first got to DFW over two years ago now, he was the first to help after a turbo blew on my car. He and his team understand the love and work you put into your car, and respect it as if it were their own. Like the title states, I don’t trust dealerships, but Mo and the crew are the exception!

I recommend buying your next vehicle here, DJ and Marshal Al Wafee took great care of us and got us the deal we had hoped for and more. I’d recommend Hiley Volkswagen to everyone I know.

Called to schedule a service appointment and was told I am booked. Called back later to reschedule and they said I don’t have an appointment. They did have me on record that I called but somehow their system did not schedule me at all. Wasted at least 1 hr trying to get it straightened out.

They lied to me about my car needing more work than it actually needed. Felt like they just wanted me to buy a new car. They offered me a ridiculously low amount for my car trade in value on top of it all.
