This is the greatest car service I've ever had. Richard was so so nice and made sure we were updated throughout the process! He made great recommendations. Even though prices had gone up, he did the work for the original quoted price. He called us with updates multiple times throughout the process. I really love the service Hiley VW offers. They don't try to scam you into spending tons of money on unrelated repairs. I cannot recommend this place enough
Service seem to really suck. I just got a new car from them and made several calls with no reply. It's been two weeks and I am still driving around a TDI Jetta with bad tinting in rear window, check oil light that no one can turn off, shimmy in front end, and air condition that does not get cold anymore. I don't think I will be buying a VW again.
Came to get a key cut from my title since I lost my key, not only did the key not work in the vehicle but they wouldn't let me return it or recut it basically saying it was my problem now and they cut it correctly.

He took the time to answer all of our questions, without rushing us, even though he knew we weren't ready to buy yet since we are deciding between the VW Atlas and the Chevy Traverse. Great service!
