Hillside Veterinary Clinic, Dallas TX

I have used Hillside for over 25 years. Dr Bain was our first vet, but we have continued with several of their vets over the years. They are open 24 hours and have a low cost shot clinic on Sundays. They have a drive through pharmacy to cut down wait time and take emergencies without a huge cost increase. I highly recommend them.

For the most part this is a good Clinic it's great that they're open 24 hours the staff is very nice the pricing for the area is decent but still a bit High then when I brought my dog in it wasn't necessarily for the lump on my dog's leg but they did look at it didn't say anything about it about two weeks later I took her to another vet they didn't even have to do any tests they knew right off the bat that my dog had cancer

It was ok the line was long but we were here almost 5 hours, and we waited for one of the veterans for 2 hours. That was 2 hours I could have spent doing anything else ensted of sitting in a closed room listening to all the other patients be taken care of while we're still waiting. So if you would like to waste 1/3 of your day in a room waiting on someone go somewhere else because it takes forever.

This hospital has saved my dogs life 3 or more times I have been going there 5 years and I can say the staff really cares about you and your pet. The hours are 24 they are never close.

Very nice people. They take your pet and are welcoming without appointment. Not rip off like some other vets

Took my 4 there for their annual shots. No wait at all quick even tho there was a full house! Drive thru haven't used but found out they have a drive thru to pick up instead of getting out. I'm ready to try in a few days. Thanks Hillside!

I called a phone number I found on the internet telling them I have an injured rabbit they say to bring it in right away, I drive an hour and a half and when I walk in the front door they tell me they don’t see rabbits so I took a business card and sure enough its the same number I called two hours before telling me to bring it in.

They are competent, available, and pleasant here. Open 24 hours and never any huge waits for me when I schedule my appointments. Minus one star because it is a touch pricey and it always feels like the vets are trying to upsell me services I don't necessarily need.

This is the best vet clinic! All of the staff, the technicians and vets are very patient with the animals and their owners. They are also very knowledgeable and they give you good advice on caring for your pet. It is definitely a plus that they are open 24 hours a day.

They are the passionate staff when I put my boy down on 6/9.which was the hardest thing they did everything to make it easy for me and my family.
