My husband and I received exceptional customer service from Flor! We were greeted as soon as we walked in and she pointed us the right way when we told her what we were looking for, without hovering over us. I really appreciate the room we were given to shop privately. We planned on shopping around to stores nearby before making a final decision and we were very honest about this with Flor. She didn't object and offered to put together pricing/delivery for the bedroom pieces and features we wanted while we shopped around. Ultimately, she was able to give us the best deal on our bedroom set and exceed our expectations. We will definitely continue to see Flor for future purchases.

My kids bedroom was supposed to be here today Monday 29 2021, from 5 to 9, I moved everything from the room, and its now 9: 15 and they don't have a bed to sleep, I am so mad and disappointed,
Update: they did come at 10: 30 so I had to wake up my kids and they are putting the together bed now.

When I walked in I was met directly by Flora she told me to take my time pick out what I wanted if I didn't see what I wanted that she would check and honestly she did. I got the best deal on this beautiful couch by Ashley and a beautiful recliner she told me that they would be delivered the very next day from between two and six and they were here brought everything in they were courteous, and quick to set up and never left a mess they took everything with them thank you so much Hilton furniture I will be a return customer and I highly recommend y'all thank you

Hilton came through for me big time! I had ordered a bedroom set w/ mattress set from another company. My bedroom furniture was ready to be delivered but my mattress was on backorder.

I went to Hilton to see if they had a mattress in stock that could be shipped immediately. And of course they did! Ed Shull took such great care of me. He came in on his off day and even upgraded my mattress at no cost to me once they realized the item I purchased was only available in Cal. King. My mattress was delivered the very next day! And I slept like a queen last night!

Really wish I would’ve started here. The customer service is impeccable. I would recommend them for all of your furniture needs!

Hilton goes above and beyond. I moved to San Marcos and still buy from Hilton. They still give you their dedicated attention miles away. They are honest kind hearted people.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would! This is the absolute worst experience I have had dealing with a furniture company. Please turn the other way and do not enter the doors of this facility and the horrendous customer service expressed by their management team. ABSURD!

I buy all furniture from Hilton. These guys really know how to take care of you and they go the extra mile to ensure you are satisfied. Ms. Flor was amazing on helping me find 2 mattresses for my daughters rooms highly recommended her for anyone looking for some good reasonable furniture

We went in looking for twin beds for our daughters and ended up coming home with two twin beds and a king size bed for us. Everyone was very helpful and had very good prices. We will come buy our living room couch set and a bed set in a few months from them. I would totally recommend to everyone that’s currently looking for furniture or mattresses to come check them out!

This company is a total rip off. They will approve anyone. But be aware that you will pay 3 times the amount of your purchase amount. God bless this mess.

This really should be my second review. First with hurricane Harvey, Flor helped us not get back to normal, but even better than before. This time I took my my to get a bedroom set. She helped us find an affordable bedroom set with mattress and same day delivery! Thank you for being open on new year's day and for such great service.

Went in to purchase a bed and mattress only. Salesman Abel was very helpful in helping me make my final decision. I got a great deal and is very satisfied with my purchase. If you go to the store just ask for Abel and I know you will get excellent service and be satisfied with your purchase.

Went to Hilton today to get a new living room set. Was in and out on less than an hour and left with the wife having a smile on her face. Thanks Hilton and we will work with y’all again in the future.

Back in 2018 my son purchased a furniture set and a mattress the value of the furniture set was 3100 due to me having back problems hernia disc chronic back pain along with other disabilities my son purchased me a mattress in the value of $2,000 at the time of the sell we were told did anything happened to the mattress at all we would be covered under warranty well here we are 1 year and 3 months later my mattress the material on top out of nowhere is starting to open up little by little so I call into the store I spoke the very first time to a gentleman named Victor who was going to call me back never did I called back again gave him my cell number personally he said I will call you back from my number so you can send me the photos which I waited for him to call me never got a response call back into the store few days later spoke to a manager named Renee I sent him the pictures never heard of follow-up from anybody call back again days later spoke to a young lady named Veronica send her the pictures I was told that due to discoloration of the mattress that there is nothing they could do yet I remind you this is a $2,000 mattress that my son paid cash for and you're going to tell me that they cannot do anything it's funny how when this gentleman that sold us the mattress told us everything was covered anything that happened to the mattress would be covered it frustrates me and upsets me that now I am being told that nothing can be done under warranty I'm not asking for a new mattress I just want this one patched up and that cannot be done I was told that Mr Hilton had said oh yeah you can come in and we'll try to get you in another mattress i live off of Social Security there is no way I have any extra funds to come in and pay a difference in money for another mattress so to the viewers out there and people that plan on purchasing from Hilton Furniture be careful and watch what you buy because after spending a total of $5,000 this is the outcome we get for the first time in 10 years I finally have a mattress that I can sleep very well on but it's just a shame that the material is already opening up and I was told again and again nothing can be done about it well sorry to say I give Hilton Furniture a 2 Star when my expectation of the store was at a higher rate I loved the courtesy I love the atmosphere that was in there the smile when I went in to buy my furniture the first time mr. Hilton was there greeted us with the smile but it's just sad the way the services are ran after time has passed of your purchase buyers beware because this is one upset customer funny how they will tell you anything you want to hear at the time of a purchase sad to say that the gentleman named Tim that sold us the furniture is no longer there

Y’all make sure y’all go see Mickey at the Gulf Fwy location, he was very Kind and knowledagle on the Prices, he took his time to ask me for what I needed and gave me space. I appreciated his Help, I’m very much interested in purchasing 3 set of Items after this experience. Thanks Mickey!
