Liked a couch and love seat on line. Went in and saw salesman James S. I have two large breed dogs he recommended something same price range he felt would last longer. He was right a year later they are still in great shape. Go to Hilton and ask for James

Flor was the best sales representative she gave us excellent customer service and I have purchased furniture from many other stores in the past never received such great service as we did today Hilton's furniture

They do not even deserve the one star. PLEASE READ. WORSE EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE.
We purchased a sectional on August 17, we needed it reversed. The salesman said “one week” for it come in if we ordered it. Ok, no problem. We ordered the sectional with the chase one the opposite side with an armless extender to make it longer. The salesman said “call me Monday and I’ll give you a delivery date. ” I called Monday and was told. “It probably come in Sep 4,5, or 6. Call me next week I can give you a firm date. ” Ok, even though that’s longer than the week originally told, no problem. The following week I called. And I was told “Should be delivered Sep 7” Ok no problem. I called on Sep 5 to confirm the delivery date. AND THEY COULD NOT FIND THE ORDER. I asked to speak with a manager. The manager Robert gets on the phone says he’s sorry. Says his system is down (mind you, every single time I spoke to someone their “system was down”) Robert finally pulls the paper order. Says they won’t have sectional in til next week. At this point it has been 3 1/2 weeks since we purchased. We didn’t even want it anymore. We told Robert cancel because this is unacceptable. He went off saying “He could not cancel it” “I’m trying to help you” “Our system is down” Lie after lie after lie. He said “we’re going to get y’all a gift. We’re going to make it up to y’all”. He contradicted himself so many times. Saying “it could not canceled because it wouldn’t sell” and then he said “come to store and look to see if there is anything else y’all like and I’ll just sell what y’all ordered” I was done, defeated, lied to, screwed over. I told him, get us the sectional when it comes in. I called the next day to check, Robert said two days. I called the next day, Robert said tomorrow. After it was all said and done when we did get our sectional, we stayed up til 10p to get the delivery and it was INCOMPLETE! Again I get Robert on the phone he says the piece was not seen on the order. Even though I have the order right in front of me with the piece on it. AND the delivery man showed me his paper where the piece was on it. After everything we through no one bothered to double check the order? Again Robert tried to make us feel foolish for being angry because “he was trying to help us” saying “Hilton himself was involved” lie after lie after lie. He asked for a photo of what we received, he wanted us to email it. I was so angry I was shaking and he had to repeat the spelling of the email twice, he literally got annoyed and said “isn’t it in English”. Literally insulted me? He kept the saying the call was being recorded. And now it is almost midnight and we have been told then piece will come tomorrow. We shall see.
This has been the worse experience of my life.
Please think twice before buying furniture from Hilton.

Had a Wonderful experience, Awesome Service, James Simmons kept my babies laughing while helping my Wife and I pick out what we wanted. Got to meet Hilton. By the way they were closing when we arrived and they went the extra mile in staying late for us. Totally recommend.

Hilton was my second choice. I'd placed an order with another place, and 3 weeks later I'd not heard anything. So, I placed the order online with Hilton, and the next day I was contacted with an order confirmation. Three days later it was delivered exactly on time.
The piece looked just like the picture. Hilton Furniture will be the first choice from now on.

Mickey was very helpful. He took the time to see what we wanted and got us a good deal on what we picked. We were in and out in about an hour. So no back and forth about amount and payments like most places. Second time back since 2016 and will keep my business with them. Thank you Mickey.

My experience here was great Mr Reed took great care of us I highly recommend this furniture store to anyone in need of some nice quality furniture, fast delivery and excellent customer service keep up the good work

Took my deposit and never gave it back when THEY DIDNT HAVE THE ITEM. They needed $20 dollars that bad? ! Really!? I ended up spending $7000 at Bel Furniture the next day. It has been 4 years and I still have the living room set. I even spent another $3000 at iKea for 2 entire room sets recently for my action figures. I hope you enjoy that $20 dollars.
