Houk has always been a great company. The tech was very helpful and informative. Answered all my questions and gave recommendations. Very pleased!

I ask for a 16 seer unit outside they gave a me a 14 seer so they said that the coil with the 14 makes a 16 seer that BS I would not recommend them at all plus they didn't replace any duct work will have pictures to show my duct work don't use them seriously don't

The young man that came was early which was a blessing, he was professional and didn’t try to pull one over on me because I’m a woman, he was fair and gave me extra good service!

Had Houk come out and give me an estimate for replacing my 15 yr old systems last week. Keith was extremely thorough in his evaluation and recommendation. Of the three companies that I had bid the job, Houk was the only one to offer multiple options at multiple price points. They installed both units by the end of the week, and when I had a minor issue with a duct rattling, they had it fixed within an hour of my call. Fantastic experience all the way around!

The technicians were able to fix our upstairs ac unit quickly, they wore covers on their shoes so not to get house dirty. They both were polite, honest, and explained the problem and even fixed a drain problem.

It was Saturday night (06/16) at about 10 pm or so, I saw one of the Houk van pull up at my neighbor's driveway. The technician, who was by himself, (quite tall and skinny) was working all the way till 2 am. He obviously looked very tired but this technician deserves some good rest.

The technician, Roger Morton, came out to do our yearly AC checkup. Roger was very professional and thorough. At the end of the the checkup we went over what what was done and the results of the checkup. Roger even verified the AC pan drain line was clear and sealed around the connector. VERY IMPRESSED with Roger!
