Real bad service with the representatives over the phone, I try to explain the situation but they just don’t care since is not there home. Paula tried to help but she just couldn’t do anything for me and I had to call back several times to get helped out. Asked for the corporate number and she said look it up online that she was too busy to give it to me. Worst Service Ever!

Michael Fife was very pleasant, knowledgable, and professional. He explained all of the problems I had in lots of detail.
I’ve had two other A/C companies work on these units and neither was able to identify the problems.
I will continue to use Houk A/C for my future needs and recommend them to my family and friends.

We’ve had a bit of bad luck with our AC units the last few weeks, Houk has come to the rescue every time with absolutely wonderful customer service, patience and great technicians. Even with two weekend visits, everyone had a great attitude and were very helpful to resolve our problems. Special thanks to Ryan, who especially went over and beyond. Great company, will definitely continue to use them!

What a great experience with Houk. I had another company come before Houk who tried to scam me into spending more but the Houk representative was honest, throrough and wonderful. I will only use Houk in future.

Too expensive and they charge per task and not per visit, ended up paying 500 dollars for figuring out coil is bad and fill freon and still work is not done, again they come back with coil and charge me some more, Should have looked for cheaper options, realized this as they were half way into the thing
