I was in for CT Test with contrast. The nurse couldn't located my veins where to insert the needle. She poke me three times and cause my arms to be black and blue. They charged me for a full test, when it should have been incomplete test. I will never go there again!

I sat in the waiting room for over 8 hours and they ended up doing nothing at all. Do not come here.

IF YOU WANT TO LIVE, DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT COME TO THIS HOSPITAL, IVE LITERALLY BEEN SITTING IN THE ER WAITING ROOM FOR 6 1/2 HOURS, THEY ARE PISS POOR WITH QUALITY OF LIFE

Currently been here in ER waiting for 7 hours. Might I add with an IV line still attached to bag in my arm that fluids finished 3hrs ago, stll no removal. So I called triage to ask if t hey could remove it, or how much longer for my results. She ask which room I was in. Had to remind her I'm still in waiting area where I've been for 7 hours. So if you're feeling ill best by- pass Nortwest. They are unprofessional and extremely slow.

Horrible service, took forever to see me. Nurses where trying to kick me out before a physician even took a look at me or read my results. They forgot about me for an hour and a half.

Delivered my baby on 12/31/2020. Nurses in women’s center atrium were phenomenal. The care in postpartum was also very professional and attentive. I would have given 5 stars but my only problem was the night shift members. They made it very hard to rest after delivering a baby. The night was constant bursts of laughter and chit chatting. I was able to hear everything from my room. Other than that, the care was amazing.

Everyone I've met has been super helpful and straightforward with all treatments and cost associated!

In less than 10 minutes I was triaged and in an room. The medical staff was very professional, empathetic and caring! Thank you for all of the medical assistance. They kept me posted with all medical updates and they even set up an IV with antibiotics as soon as I was in the room. They took a chest X-ray within the hour of being there. The ER attending physician was very receptive and observant to my medical conditions. Dr. Peleg was very meticulous, direct and efficient with my medical care. He maintained direct communication at all times. RN Amber was a complete blessing establishing direct support and communications with the doctor. She was very empathetic and maintained her calm with so many other patients that had arrived after me. Even though there was so much going on, she took the time to investigate all of the medical protocols and explained to me to provide the monoclonal antibody transfusion. I was very impressed of the harmony and mutual respect that the medical staff had when working with each other.

I grew blisters on my leg quicker and larger then usual because it was not cleaned or treated properly they didn't give me antibiotics and they sent me home in excruciating pain with a dose of tylenol i had to go back there twice before i went to another hospital and was treated i would not recommend this hospital to anyone

My emergency room visit at HCA Houston Northwest was fast. There are not many people waiting and was called in right away. Labs and exams were done as soon as I was settled in the room. This has been the fastest for me at any ER. Great hospitality and friendly staff.

One of the fastest emergency rooms ever! They are great at getting you in, getting you sorted and getting you out.

My daughter was in an accident and taken to this hospital. Because of the revieed i was nervous about her care. The staff in the nicu and 6th floor south are awesome.

If you want to live DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE. My boyfriend and I went cause he had a spider bite The wait was extremly looooong the staff talk about people and once we made it to the back they just look at him and said he was okay and sent us home. So we went to LBJ yes LBJ we were seen wasaaay quicker it was in fact infected and they took way better care of him moral of the story is NORTHWEST HOSPITAL should NOT BE OPEN PERIOD. I wish I could give them a -5 stars

Horrible! Anesthesia gave me a drug which I am NOT supposed to get. Billing department is not providing my insurance company with the codes they need to process/pay my claim. I have been trying to get help with issues for three months! I wonder why the owner never responds to negative reviews? !
I would not take an enemy to this hospital!

The hospital took great care of my family and offered awesome guest amenities at a fair price unlike other hospitals I've been to. The doctors and staff are very professional and helpful.

Please don’t come here for anything is horrible service and we have to paid $1881 just for wait the room from 12: 36am to 5 am and we still have to wait for the doctor bill and the doctor just saw my daughter for like 2 min

This place is HORRIBLE and GHETTO! If you really need help do not I repeat "do not" go here because they will do absolutely nothing for you. You are better off taking that short drive or ambulance ride to a hospital in The Woodlands. Why pay a huge hospital bill if you left feeling the exact same way as you came. The area is also kind of sketchy so be careful in this area especially at night.

Horrible hospital! They told my husband nothing was wrong after supposedly doing a CT scan. Supposedly it was only a stomach virus. I took him to another ER 10 hours later only to find out he has numerous gall stones. The hospital performed a cholecystectomy. The situation could have resulted into something more serious. NW is the worst! Stay away from this hospital!

Relative had a procedure done at this hospital and let's put it this way it could have been a better experience. Checking in registration was good and polite after that it went downhill in respect when the procedure was started till it was finished. Will not go into details just be careful the hospital your doctors chooses to perform a procedure. This hospital would not have been my choice.
