Good service friendly staff and good nurses excellent that’s all a patient need. I have been to that place twice once for pacemaker in 2014 and now for cataract surgery

We had our babyb here and Lets say the truth: it was incredibly the best. Our doc Kelly is a pro and so the rest of the staff. We were 3 days in there and it was like our home or better. As an inmigrant I have to recognize they made me feel so confortable I forgot I was. The best nurses ever, Best, beautiful, nice, hard work, professionals. I have to thank God and this great nation for what you did for us. Our baby is our joy and you were who delivered it. Thank you forever.

Horrible hospital there only concern is that if you have medical insurance if you don't have medical insurance they'll kick you out

Horrible! Currently waiting for 2 and a half hours and people who came after us have went in and there are only 3 other people in the E. R. My grandma has been in pain crying and they seem in no rush to help

I’m amazed at what I’ve been reading here. I’ve been admitted twice through the ER for life threatening issues and was seen immediately and treated well. In fact, I’m having surgery here next week. Yes, sometimes they may say things I don’t like. Like Quit smoking being one of them. But, I certainly can’t fault them for that

My doctor delivers here! I read the reviews before my scheduled c-section date and was terrified! But the service I received was THE BEST! I don’t think I could ask for more! I was there for 4 days and every nurse I encountered was awesome! I will forever be grateful to every one of them! They were all very nice and made me feel comfortable! They also made sure my pain was well controlled! If I had another baby i would definitely want to go here again!

If I could give zero stars I would. They prescribed my daughter the wrong medication & it made her condition worse. DO NOT COME HERE!

This is the WORST hospital to be in. If you have to take a loved one to a hospital to be cared for it should NOT be this hospital. I came in for a small surgery, my first nurse waking up out of surgery was ssssooo rude to me with my family in the room. My night nurse was NOT helpful or sympathetic to my pain just hours after surgery. My second day of breakfast was brought to me with mold on my fruit. I asked for a shower and it took two hrs of a wait and no one ever came back so I finally showered on my own. I couldn’t go to the bath room without help. I called for a nurse and sat at my bed side for 15 minuets before I was told they NEVER got a call. It has been one excuse after another since I’ve been here. I will NEVER have another procedure done here. Run in another direction if you have to help a loved one.

Everyone including doctors and nurses an all the staff took care of me while I was there. Made my stay very comfortable. Thank you

Worst hospital ever, very rude personnel, and they charge ridiculous prices, they were trying to charge me 350 for an exam that I would pay 150 at Memorial Hermann, finally they drop the price to 150 after I called my health insurance and let them talked to the hospital billing ppl, my endocrinologist send me there but it won’t happen again, if there is any other test that needs to be done she is gonna have to send me to Memorial Hermann, I won’t go no where else anymore.

The valet parking employees are super rude & unprofesional. Dropped off my uncle and told them I was going to take 5 minutes just to drop off some paper work, when I came back to the front they moved my car and scratched my tire and stole $24 from my wallet I left in the door at plane sight.the hospital itself lacks organization and professionalism, I will definitely not be coming back here!

I always encounter someone with a terrible attitude here. So sad. Some people really shouldn’t choose these careers. People during delivery and recovery need sensitive human beings who actually care!

I have been here sent 10 this morning and I have not been seen yet. The lady in the front are not Nice at all 3/17/2018

My nurse Robin gave my epidural during the last hour of labor and then warned me that they don't have to give it to me if I couldn't hold still. Here's a bright idea: How about giving me the epidural BEFORE my contractions become unbearable? ! Since she refused to give me my epidural, since I’ve only dilated to 3cm instead of 5cm. It wasn't long after that until my baby was ready to come out unexpectedly fast! In like 20 minutes already!

My family just got to my room to visit because my husband gets off work late. My nurse Nadine took my newborn baby away during visitor hours at 8 PM. How rude! I have hearing loss and couldn't understand a word she was saying because she had a mask on. Nadine even lied about my bed machine, saying it would go flat if plug is pulled. I was so tired and ready to cry. I haven’t slept for 3 days because baby cried every 30 minutes or one hour because of the noise from bed adjusting every minute. Another nurse Sonia refused to help with baby so that this tired mom can get some much needed rest! It's very frustrating and this has been the worst experience I ever had. This is my 3rd pregnancy and I had better service and care at the Methodist Hospital in Baytown and Southeast Regional Hospital in Port Arthur. I definitely do not recommend this hospital for childbirthing or emergency care!

My first time to this hospital. Arrived with my mom driving to the front entrance. They have Free Valet parking and drop off. My mom pulled into the free Valet parking lane. Right away we were greeted by a very friendly Valet person. Her name is Shay. Not sure if spelled correctly. Inside Valet people were very friendly and helpful to where to register also while entering main part of building, the front desk person smiled and said morning. I went to the place to register. Gave my insurance card. I say less than 10 minutes another person called my name.just a few steps away. She put in my information on the computer.printed out papers to sign. Gave me some papers to give to Imaging. Paid. She was very nice and helpful when I asked her questions. The process very quick. Then she gave me directions to get to imaging. Very straight forward. Located the waiting room for Imaging. Gave the person the papers. I can say no longer than 15 minutes a young lady called my name and i went back to get my knee X-rayed/imaged. The imaging Tech personal were very nice and very helpful. Have to say had to get in some weird poises to get my knee images. But went pretty quick, maybe 20 minutes give or take. So headed out everybody saying have a good day and very friendly smiling faces. Didn't have to wait long for our car. My experience was very good! Wanted to say Hi Shay. Your smile welcomes a person! All the staff I met with were very professional and helpful and nice. Thank You! Grasshopper

Been here 3 hours but was told finger is sprained but how when no one even touched nor looked at it but I bet I get a high bill smh

Amazing! I had never been here before but went in for a short day procedure requiring anesthesia. The nurses and all the staff were excellent. Thanks for taking care of me and treating me so well!

Where to start? What a awful place I give one star because you can't give minus 5 s. Let's start by I went in though emergency room by ambulance. The intake nurse sitting in the hall way was a total, I can't say on here but right away she's commenting on my health conditions screaming them in the hall in front of everyone. I felt so embarrassed, I am over weight I'll admit that. She didn't have to yell out for me to tell it like it is that I have health issues like pulmonary vascular diease etc she used allot of technological terms never the less it was disrespectful. I was working and hit my leg on a piece of equipment and hit a vein in my leg, while in the hospital the doctor says I have a bad case of diabetes I need to take two shots a day along with two pills a day. Recently I went to memorial Hermann hospital for another problem I stayed a week they don't understand why that doctor give me those meds when I haven't needed it the whole week I was there haven't taken it since I check my levels every day three times. Just got a bill from them that I owe 900.00 we'll see what my lawyer has to say about that. Consumer beware.

Dirty emergency room restrooms, I had to have emergency surgery there, I only had one good nurse, my surgeon was awesome and that's it, the rest of the staff sucked. I will never go there again. I wish I could give them zero stars.
