Love these guys. I've trusted them with cleaning my satin Manolos, protecting and stretching my patent leather Valentinos and recently, fixing the sole on an old pair of leather Tory Burch sandals that I'm just not ready to let go of yet. Prices are fair and turnaround is quick so I'm not missing my shoes for too long. Highly recommend.

Lance was extremely helpful related to my purse strap. He provided advice about what he planned to do and also provided an explanation about the eventual need to replace the shoulder strap if the cross-body strap is used a lot.

Took pair of loafers that needed new leather soles and heels. Took about a week, but they looked very good when I picked them up. I just wish they had reattached the insoles, they are rolled up at the edges and can easily be removed from the shoe, This might not be a fixable issue, but I would have least liked them to address the issue. I feel that they could have been re-glued or something. I will take any other shoe repairs to them, as they did do a good job on the soles.

Outstanding service and workmanship every time. Updating the heels of my shoes has significantly prolonged the life of some of my nicest go-to boots and helped keep them from the landfill. Staff helps educate on care and ways to maintain the material as well.

The manager of this store is always awesome! Suggesting things that can be done in addition to what I want to the work I’m requesting, to prolong the life of my shoes and boots. He still always pleasant even when I decline a suggestion. Work is always timely and well done!
