I like taking my shoe's to the Houston shoe Hospital they always do a great job its like having new pair of shoes. They are very professional in right on time. They are one of the best shoe repairs in H-town.

I do not recommend this place. Repair cost is way too expensive for used shoes unless you have $100+ valued shoes. Also customer service is not very appreciatble!

My original review was "A little pricey, but they do good work. " For the most part this is true (as long as you can actually see what has been done), but my last couple of incidents were having my shoe heels cut down a bit, measured the heels before they were sent off and when returned $32+ dollars later to find the heels were the same height as before the supposed heel cut down! The guy argued with me abruptly in front of 2 other customers that I was wrong and didn't measure it right, etc, etc, Needless to say, lesson learned, I'll never do business with this store again!

Great job repairing the sole on my boots after it separated. They we're even earlier than promised on the return. Loved that they notified me by email when it was ready for pick up. Thanks guys!

I called this company a week ago. No one answered the phone. I left a voicemail asking if they work on a particular type of show. They did not bother to call me back.

Really unhappy. I brought 2 boots in to be stretched. No notification they were ready but came after the date on the ticket. When I got them home and tried them on, nothing had changed. They didn't fit any differently than before. I called and got voice mail, left a message, no call back. We were in the middle of a move so I called again maybe a week and a half later, still got voice mail and left yet another message with my problem. No call back. Very unprofessional.
