Beware of Bait and switch sales tactics! I contacted the salesperson inquiring about a Santa Fe that was in-stock online. He confirmed it was available and sent photos of the vehicle on the lot. He also confirmed the price that matched the website. I arrived and loved the vehicle. When he sat me down at the table, The price was $4,000 more than shown online and by phone. They would not honor pricing, so Hub Hyundai lost my business.
Paul was the technician who checked me in and he was very polite and he got to me right away. I went in for an oil change and a tire rotation and both were done in less than an hour.
I would like to say my experience with Hub Hyundai was great from my salesman and Mr Raymond Lopez who went out of his way to take of some issues with my 2018 Hyundai Elantra. I would highly recommend Hub Hyundai.
I hate to do this I’m not one to write reviews and I’m not sure if I’m more upset with Hyundai corporate versus Hyundai hub. Disappointed in the whole name Hyundai at this point.
My Hyundai Tucson I’ve had for three years now and has needed minimal service besides the routine maintenance on the car. Recently I had my car overheat without the car alarming me to check fluids or anything. When I checked under the hood I noticed my oil was bone dry and there was a spray over my engine but I couldn’t tell from where. Obviously I took my car in to see what was causing these issues and went to the closest Hyundai.
I dropped my car off 6/24 with Hyundai Hub, they couldn’t even look at the car until Monday 6/28. So being an hour from work, I had to use my PTO time for those days. I received a text message report (6/28) that somehow a rock hit the top of the radiator and that now needed to be replaced, never discussed the issue with the oil. I then called Hyundai, I asked when would the parts be in to get my car. I was told hopefully in the next couple of days. Having little knowledge of car mechanics I assumed the oil and radiator issues were related.
After discussing issues with someone more knowledgeable I found the issues were not related. I called Hyundai again 6/30, asking again about timing and I then asked for pictures. I was unsure of how this possibly could of happen to the top of the radiator being that the bottom of my car has a plastic sheath covering and the radiators position this just seemed HIGHLY unlikely. I also once again mentioned and questioned about the oil. My answer was get an oil change, run a few tests, and after we clear everything with Hyundai we may be able to fix it. I was told they hoped to have the parts in today or tomorrow and it could be fixed by the end of tomorrow.
Tomorrow came and went, I have been VERY patient. So 8AM on 7/2, I get a wake up call, “hey your car won’t be ready until the middle of next week. Those parts are on back order and Hyundai stopped us from giving loaner vehicles”. WHAT? ! I’m furious! Hyundai has now had my car for coming on 2 weeks, has offered me no means of transportation, has not logged the full problem with the car so I’ve had to keep calling for updates and to make sure they’re checking the full vehicle for issues, and now over a week later they’re telling me the part is on back order after telling me it could of been fixed a day or two ago? !? !? I CAN NOT call out of work any more, a rental is $300-500 on top of the $1500 they are charging me. This is absurd! I’ve never been more disappointed. When I asked what am I to do about getting to work my answer was, “I don’t know, you could reach out to corporate but I don’t know that they’ll do anything”…. I’m disgusted. I may have been to kind and patient that I’m being taken advantage of at this point.
Mario was amazing! We negotiated via text and agreed on a deal within 40 minutes. When I arrived at the dealership two hours later, I spent less than an hour there before I drove away with my new car. Everything was straight forward and we stuck to the terms we agreed on. AWESOME experience with Mario at HUB Hyundai of Houston! I would recommend him to anyone.

George used to be at Hub West he is great at his job always went the extra mile. Then he was promoted to Hub Northwest. Called George on an issue on the car. He scheduled an appointment, Jesus works in Service he handle the issue. Great team work. I will be ba.
Just bought my third vehicle from them, Daniel was my sales person. Always fast, polite, and easy. People always complain about the looks of the place, but think of the money your saving by not having to pay for all those upgrades on the building.

Took my 10 year old Elantra in on a recall. They did the work quickly and did not pressure me for any other sales or services. Even cleared a warning code as I requested. Everyone treated me promptly and with respect.
I recommend hub Hyundai genesis to anyone because they definitely convinced my mother and spent plenty of time helping her everything. I give a special thanks to Claude Alexander and Martin celaya for being extra patient thanks guys
I had an issue with my Sonata BlueDrive and stopped in without an appointment asking would they check it out. They got me in right away to access what needed to be done. In addition I was able to get my oil changed and they washed my car before turning it back to me. I was in and out of there in no time. Everyone so helpful and welcoming. I love my Sonata Hybrid and it has a lot of miles on it. HUB keeps it in great repair and running strong!
As usual the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. My issue was resolved quickly, I highly recommend this dealer!
Bad mechanic shop service. Woman with last name Jones treats people poorly. Made my wife very angry.always trying to screw you out of warranty or recalls saying its not covered. If your oil coupon is expired dont bother tryinbg to get it. It doesnt matter how many cars you have bought you wont get past the service bouncer. We bout 5 huyndais next door and 2 outlanders and believe me it dont matter. Once they sell it to you, they stick it to you!
Mr. Paul and KAS were very professional. The service technicians said my front and rear air suspension needed to be replaced at a price between $5k-7k. Took the vehicle to another shop and was repaired for $600.
Troy O Neil is the best GM in the business. I have bought a few cars from him over the years. The service is excellent.
