Hub Hyundai, Houston TX

This is my second Hyundai from Hub Hyundai 290 and Papa John made everything easy and smooth!
I gave a lot of respect for him working so hard at his age!

Got a good deal on 2018 KONA ultimate AWD from PapaJohn. Couldn't be more happier with this purchase. Smooth transaction, courtesy loaner while in transition betwern cars, and it was fast to get the car I want.

I scheduled a transmission service at a quoted price. When I arrived they said there was an error. My transmission service cost was higher and the price quoted was for engine service. I just purchased a used Mitsubishi that had recalls. First time there was for the recalls. That is when they told me it was time for the transmission service. Second time there they did a bait and switch. I did not stay. They will never work on my vehicle.

Have used HUB for many years for car maintenance, so when we needed a new car we came here. Every wish and want was fulfilled; I got the perfect car with exceptional service!

No issues with the staff; enjoyed my test-drives and any of my questions were quickly answered about the car I was interested in purchasing.

The inside of the dealership could use a little update and has seen some better days. I know it's mostly about the cars but there's nothing wrong with making the dealership more inviting.

They did an amazing job and i wasn't without my car for very long. I'm glad i took it in because i didn't realize how bad my car was driving and braking.

Always friendly service. Robert Rea was very helpful in getting our car purchase finalized and explained features of the car throughly. This is our 4th car purchase from Hub Hyundai and we’ve always had a great experience. We will go to HUB for future purchases!

Adam was my sales guy and he was good at his job, I did most of the paperwork online so when I came to the dealership I was only there roughly an hour all because Adam did all the leg work before I got there

Just got done with a 2500 mile cross country move from Samoa, CA to Houston, TX and my Santa Fe motor blew up (only 75k miles on it) a mile from Hub Hyundai. They took excellent care of my family.

Sal Issa. Really helpful and gave me and my wife the greatest deal. For a first time buyer, they really went through details of what were getting.
