After 10 great years with my VW it was finally time to say goodbye. I researched many options and ended up over at Huffines in Plano with my eyes on a beautiful Jeep. My husband and I are expecting our 2nd child so we knew we needed something bigger than the sedan. Thats when Danyail Sanders reached out to me regarding the Jeep. She was very helpful, super sweet and quick with responses. We headed in for a test drive and fell in love. While we were there we were also introduced to another phenomenal employee, Rodney Hutchinson. He and my husband hit it off and not only were we able to get my dream Jeep but were also able to affordably upgrade my husbands very old Chevy for a slick Dodge Ram. Both of these people again made the buying process easy and very affordable. I work in customer service so having this type of experience really made both of us feel good bout this purchase. Purchased a new Ram from this dealership and I feel like they went above and beyond. From my Salesman Noah, to Jas working the numbers and Stewart in the back office. I had a horrible experience with another dealership in the DFW area. I drove up from Austin and they told me I was ready to go only to find out after arriving the car is still in transport. I was under a time crunch to get everything done on 12/31 for tax reasons. I arrived at the dealership at 6pm and everyone stayed late helping get my purchase done. One small issue that arose after delivery was quickly handled professionally by Jas and I felt like I was treated like family. Thanks again guys, love the new truck!

I have owned two Grand Cherokee Summit SUV's since 2013. My 2016 was getting up in miles so I decided to trade it for a Certified Pre-Owned this time. I called Huffines and spoke to Rodney Hutchinson, the Pre-Owned Manager, at about 6: 30p. We talked about my trade in and he asked me to come over and drive a Certified 2020 Grand Cherokee Overland with 14K miles. Long story short, we were done with the purchase by 9p. I didn't realize that they closed at eight. No one ever mentioned it. This was the quickest, most professional and smoothest car buying experience. May thanks to Rodney Hutchinson, the Pre-Owned Manager, and Charlie Hale, my Finance Manager who presented the Warranty and other products to me without pressure and I purchased some, but not all of them after he answered every one of my questions about the various coverages. I must add that the contracting process is state of the art. Very transparent - no smoke and mirrors. He respected my budget and didn't oversell. Finally, I'd like to thank Danyail Sanders, my salesperson. She showed me all the new things about the 2020 that my 2016 did not have. She really made me feel like I was making the right decision.and getting value for my money. The delivery went smoothly. Very satisfied.

I worked on purchasing a car with them for over a week. We agreed on a purchase price and submitted the credit application and got approved. They then inform me that they don't sell cars to out of state buyers after they ran my credit. They also informed me that they had sold the car before they told me they weren't doing the deal. Unbelievable horrible experience! I laugh at the hold recording how they value their customers.

One of the things I enjoyed most was Corey never tried to play games or try some high pressure tactics. He made sure that my vehicle was the one I wanted and that it met all my needs. He even worked to make sure that I received top money for my trade in.

I went in with the intention of buying a Charger. I was outside looking at cars for about 10-15 mins but yet no one came out to see me or ask me if they could help. I went to see the used car lot a man came out and helped me right away there. I was interested in a new charger so he wasn’t able to help me out as well.

Nice store, excellent selection. Spoke with Matt and he was courteous and knowledgeable. When I get around to figuring if I want a Dodge, I’ll be back.

Other than some hang ups on the vehicle paperwork in trade in of the 2017 Durango, the actual dealings for my trade and purchase of this used vehicle went very smoothly. Ed Lewis, the salesman I dealt with, was great. He was very helpful and very nice to deal with, and he took great care of me. Charlie Hale in finance was friendly and easy to deal with, and made the financial part of the deal very easy and professional. Thanks for fine experience.

Emailed the dealership and heard back from Cory Roper in credit union sales. Let Cory know what I was looking for and he found it. Cory simplified the pricing and buying process and we made a deal. When the car came in I went in and we finished the deal and paperwork. Took about an hour and we were done. Cory was able to give me the greatest car buying experience ever. Can't thank him enough.

With a baby a full time job and a busy husband I did not have time to sit at a dealship all day. Adam and I spoke on the phone and by email and he got me the best deal on my Jeep. He was completely understanding, friendly, and a Jeep expert. I was in and out of the dealership to sign paperwork and drive home. Best experience ever!

Located car online, asked if it was available via online chat. Mr. Ed Lewis replied available. We went to dealership to test drive greeted at door. Scheduled appointment to return as we had our own financing. Upon our return we have our Renegade! Mr. Ed true to his word and fast, professional! Even kept in touch on his off day!

Terrible experience- told me it would be 5 days it was 10 - they never called me to let me know what was wrong - or how long it would be - I had to call and ask multiple times for a timeline. Left messages - would be put on hold - hung up on - After 10 days I just went in and picked it up - it was done.

Bought a Certified Pre-Owned 2017 Ram 2500 on 7/25/2018. At the point of handing me the keys, I find out their is only 1 key. Used car manager says tough, it only comes with one, and since we didn't make enough money off you, I'm not authorizing getting you another key. Typical rude iditioc response that gives the entire industry its bad name. Deal was otherwise fine up until then.
