I been going to this dealership since I moved to Texas 5 years ago. The staff is very friendly and take care of me promptly. Love Connie at parts and service she is amazing.

I reached out to Tony to purchase my new car. He and Cory assisted me with ordering this car from the factory. This was a very easy painless process. All details and negotiations done over the phone and email. I did not go to the dealership until the car had arrived. The car was ordered and I was quoted 6-8 weeks for delivery, it arrived in just under 6 weeks.

This is my second purchase from Tony and Huffines. I am very happy with this dealership. As usually Tony kept me up to date and well informed.

Just had my Town & Country worked on. Service was excellent, as usual. Everything taken care of in a timely manner. I've got my van back, Yay!

After taking my vehicle down to what is now called Metroplex Jeep down by Love Field Airport I stopped in to Huffines to ask them what this part was that I needed for my air conditioner and it's called Blended door actuator and Metroplex Jeep keeps nickel and diming me to death. Metroplex Jeep just changed names so if I can't get them to fix this for me for free I'm going to have to go black market or call in NBC 5 Comsumer Reports.

Ive only been to the service department, and its been 2 visits now. The service writers are very nice. I go there for my oil changes and tire rotations. I like them and will be buying my next car from them, when it's time.

Adam was great i knew what I was looking for when i showed up and he walked me through the differences between the JK and the JL models. He helped me to figure out what I was specifically looking for and got me on my way.

2 Members were very selfish in trying to somewhat help a family who's alternator was not working correctly

I went there to help my friend buy his car. The salesman was very helpful so as the other staffs. It was a smooth car buying experience.

I bought Dodge Journey 2012 and I found there’s a problem in cylinder 2 miss fire due to bent valve and bad head cylinder and there’s recall for that reason, when I took it to them the easy saying there’s no warranty for this problem, there’s only recall for steering wheel problem your warranty car a voided for some reason.
I advise to not buy any dodge cars because there’s a lot of problem

Adam was great. Showed us around and took time going over the difference of the jk and jl without ever once seeming like we where wasting his time or asking dumb questions. Never felt pressured and when it came time to making a deal he made it happen.
