Huffines Kia McKinney

My wife and I were looking for a SX Telluride for months, but every dealership we talked to was charging up to $12k over MSRP! We must have called 15+ before finding Huffines Kia McKinney, who were willing to do a factory order with our exact build preferences, and NO dealer markup. So thankful for them, and we love our new Telluride! Dillon Adkins was a breeze to work with - we did most of the process over the phone and through email, and he had everything ready to go when we got there, since he knew we had a 3-hour drive back home. He also took us through all the features and electronics setup before we left, which was nice.
I was extremely suspicious of dealerships in general, and it seemed too good to be true, but from start to finish, it was the best, easiest car buying experience my wife or I have ever had. Highly recommend.
Oh, also the coffee and water machines are legit.
The only questionable fees that got tacked on when reviewing/signing the paper work was the "dealer inventory tax" and "documentary fee". But, they were only $86 and ~$150, so it wasn't really worth negotiating.
All in all, if you're in the market for a Kia, definitely let Huffines Kia McKinney be your first stop, and make sure to ask for Dillon - tell him Miles sent you!

Yay! Got my 1st wheels. It’s a Kia Optima I got from Huffines Kia McKinney Auto last week and very pleased with the service provided to me. Vehicle was exactly as described, very straight forward and fair, it was a fantastic experience overall. I spent very less time in and out, Michael took care of everything like a pro. Also, really appreciate him for considering my concern and getting the car delivered to my place. The financing and documentation process was smooth. Above average customer service, I couldn't be happier. Kia got me a great price for my car, a very good APR and and very comfortable payments I'm very happy. Ask for Levani he's awesome! Oh and I love all the amenities I love the starbucks machine and all the complimentary snacks, even the waiting time was fun, I love Kia!

My husband and I came in today to just look at a few SUV models. We plan on purchasing a car in 6-9 months but I am researching now so that I know exactly what I want when the time comes. Cooper came out to meet us within a few min of our arrival and I have to say it was the most enjoyable experience I have had at a car dealership. He answered all of our questions, understood that we aren’t wanting to buy at the moment, and never pushed us to try and get a sale. By being extremely professional and not pushing us we will definitely be returning when we are ready to purchase and we will definitely recommend Cooper to our friends and family.

Dont buy anytging from this place yeah the staff are friendly but they will say anything to get you to buy i was told my first payment wouldnt be until march that was a lie they took a payment this month already and when you ask what happened apparently it my fault for setting up auto pay now im haveing to talk to my bank to buy out the loan so i can be done with this company for good

I have needed a new car for about a year now and I have dreaded the thought of having to go to a dealership, especially as this was going to be the first car I have purchased myself. I was placed in the very capable hands of Jerry Blow who listened to what I wanted and walked me through the various options. He stayed late the first AND second night that I came to see him (please apologize to your wife for me!) and I never felt pressured. His partner Anand Vallury was also extremely helpful - especially when it hit 9: 30 pm and he still took the time to explain the car features to me and make sure I was comfortable driving away. The financing gentleman (Joseph B.if I remember) was also funny, helpful and reassuring that I was making the best decision. He got us in and out quickly and I drove off the lot with my new car. This experience was the best I could have asked for and I will definitely be back to Jerry or Anand in McKinney to help me out when the next time comes - hopefully not for a few years though!

We were in the market for hatchback or small SUV and were focused on Honda, having owned many over the years, until we spoke to Anand Vallury and he showed us what Kia had to offer. We were blown away by all of the features in the Kia Niro in comparison to similarly priced Hondas. Anand was knowledgeable about so many of the comparable models and patiently showed us and drove us in different car options based on our needs and budget. And we didn’t feel any pressure from him. This was hands down the easiest car purchase I have made in 30 years of driving, Jerry Blow also did a great job on delivery. I would absolutely recommend Anand, Jerry and Kia to my friends and family in the market for a new car!

I can't say enough about the salesperson who helped us - Mr. Carlos Melgar. We had just been through a bad accident and I walked in the door needing to find a good replacement for my wife. Carlos helped us find a vehicle that was perfect for us and at a very good price. Our expectations were greatly exceeded. The next time we need a vehicle, we will come and ask for Carlos personally.

I have purchased three vehicles from Jerry Blow. He makes purchasing a car both educational and pleasant. My past experience with salesmen has left me feeling violated. However I would gladly make the 65 mile trip to buy a car from Jerry as I know he has my interest at heart and understands that word of mouth and integrity is returned many times over in the form of new and repeat customers

I have bought many cars over the years and this was the best experience I have ever had. Jerry Blow and Anand Villauy were beyond the best. No pressure, supportive and friendly. From the time I walked in until I took delivery yesterday they went out of their way to make me comfortable and confident. These two are gems, the best I have ever met. Go buy a car from them.

I can not say enough wonderful things about this dealership and its staff! I have never gone on my own to buy a car before. I usually bring family or a friend but due to some personal circumstances I was going to be doing this alone. I called up here on 5/17 to ask a few basic questions about how financing works, what it takes to test drive a car, etc. Levani answered the phone and was extremely helpful in answering all of my questions. He proceeded to transfer me over to Rico in pre owned sales who was just as helpful and friendly over the phone. I set up an appointment to come in yesterday 5/18. The moment I walked in the door, I was treated with respect and Levani made sure to sit down and answer any and all of my questions. We test drove multiple cars, he ran the numbers back and forth for a few different vehicles, and even walked over into the pre owned building to get with Rico to see what I could do if I chose to go with a used car. I don't have the best credit and purchasing a car didn't come at the easiest time of my life right now but Levani made it the absolute best experience I have ever had in buying a car. Joseph in the finance department was wonderful as well! He negotiated and after getting me at a set interest rate was able to get me even lower! I was able to get a brand new car with a full packaged warranty for the first time in my life. I couldn't be more pleased with the experience I had here. My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Huffines Kia McKinney! We worked with a Sales team, Anand Vallury and Jerry Blow, and they were both outstanding from beginning to end. Working with a team meant that no matter when we wanted to go into the dealership one of them was always there to help us in our search. We also got to visit with Jason, a Manager who was helpful as well. From the general atmosphere of the dealership, to the test drive, to them being willing to find exactly what we wanted, they were tops. They were able to answer all of our questions and went over every feature and function of our new Stinger. They were upfront, honest, and pleasant to work with. And most importantly, when we met with Finance, the numbers were exactly what we had discussed. We would absolutely work with them again.

I also just realized that a surprise addition to our car was something done for us by Anand and Jerry just based on our discussions with them. Thank you both, you guys rock!

I'm usually not one to take the time to leave a review, but I am honestly disgusted at how bad my service has been at Huffines Kia McKinney. I came in wanting to lease a vehicle the same day and was a very easy customer, just wanting to be in and out with little to no preference on my vehicle as long as I was within my price range. The salespeople were nice at first, but as soon as they knew I was going to be signing completely changed their tune. They rushed me through the decision process, explaining virtually no details of the paperwork I was signing (after I had waited almost 3 hours for the paperwork to be ready), and sent me on my way immediately when it was done. I was not able to test drive the car, no one explained the car features to me, I was not even told how/where to make a payment on the vehicle.
The following week, even though I had already asked the salesman about this and he assured me it would be no issue, my insurance company did not want to insure my vehicle. I tried reaching out to the dealership to get answers on the issue and was rushed off the phone and was treated extremely rudely, and was offered zero help.
Also, the dealership messed up my paperwork, and called me asking me why I hadn't come in to re-sign the paperwork, even though no one had informed me it was done wrong in the first place. When they finally let me know, they expected me to drive an hour to their dealership to come sign the paperwork that week even though it was their mistake and no one had notified me prior.
It has been one month since I signed a lease at Huffines Kia McKinney and the only person who has been of any help to me is Brian in financing. Everyone else is rude and incompetent. I like my car but wish I was not legally obligated to give this dealership any of my money. I will be telling everyone I know to NEVER lease/buy a car here. Leasing this car has been a nightmare simply due to the lack of service at this dealership.

We recently purchased a vehicle through Huffines and Daniel Testa went above and beyond what he needed to do to make sure we got the vehicle we wanted and that we were happy with it. The process of purchasing a vehicle is always stressful but Daniel and the rest of the Huffines staff, including Rico the sales manager, were extremely accommodating and made the process very easy.

Anand Vallury and Jerry Blow at Huffines Kia in McKinney are GREAT! We were in the market to get our daughter her first car. She really wanted a white Kia Forte and we spent a lot of time researching cars and dealerships. As we looked at other Kia dealerships, it became clear that what they advertise online is NOT what you always get after they add on all of their "accessory" fees and such. At Huffines Kia in McKinney, this was not the case. In fact, it was the opposite and a refreshing surprise. Additionally, Anand and Jerry took their time with our daughter and went the extra mile to make her first car purchase a positive experience.

The net result was that our daughter got the car she really wanted and even enjoyed "the car buying experience" at Huffines Kia in McKinney. I rarely write reviews but this one was earned with great service and I highly recommend you look up Anand Vallury and Jerry Blow if you are in the market for a Kia!
