I had a very pleasant experience at Huffines Kia McKinney. Excellent service and salesmanship by Anand Vallury and Jerry Blow. They provided all the information that I asked for, were very upfront and didnot withhold any information. They provided me the best service without being too pushy even though they knew I was looking around other dealerships as well (as every car buyer should). At the end it was the service of both these salesmen that brought me back!

I did face a very small issue from the financial side of things but I am not going to let that ruin my overall experience that I got from the splendid service provided by Jerry and Anand! 5 outta 5 stars!

Becky Cunneen sold my mother a certified Kia Optima EX and we got such a good deal we bought the hundred thousand mile bumper to bumper warranty to have the peace of mind if something happens. Becky even drove from McKinney to Garland the next day because they got her an even lower rate and needed a signature for the new paperwork. Everyone we dealt with was very courteous and helpful. Huffines Kia staff provided the lowest pressure, most enjoyable car buying experience I've ever gone through. My sales rep, Sean, was patient and helpful throughout the process even though I was looking for a very specific and hard to locate vehicle.

My experience was seamless, I felt no pressure or judgement from anyone on the team. I told Taylor what I wanted to do, he listened and came back within an acceptable payment range. I approved, the offer went to the bank and I bought a new car. It was that effortless. Jason, the sales manager, introduced himself and spent time talking with me. Joe, in finance, took time to answer all my questions and Taylor provided the best customer service. I have become a faithful Huffines Kia customer.
