29Worst experience ever! I wish I could give 0 stars. We have 202O odyssey that was purchased at Huggins in December 2019. It has been in 5 times due to steering, strut, headliner issues and rattling noises, and each time it was in for multiple weeks. They only gave me updates about the car when I called about it and had to leave messages for a callback. None of the problems with the odyssey have been resolved. Each time we would finally get the car back, it was dirty inside and the last time it also had a scratch on the passenger side that wasn’t there before they had it for multiple weeks. No one even called back to resolve the issue. We dealt with Mike Harvey and Sone Mala mostly and got the run around. I would never recommend this dealership or service department to anyone. So very disappointing!
Everything was great. They filled our gas tank up bc we come from Grand Prairie for their great customer service
Love dealing with these guys. By far, the best dealership top-to-bottom I’ve ever dealt with. Fred, in service, was awesome. Very informative and clearly just wanted to help. Will definitely request him going forward.
Service advisors are always responsive and courteous. I can even get in and out for general maintenance when driving up without an appointment.
The whole process of purchasing a new vehicle was very easy. All the staff - especially Mikal - was knowledgeable, proficient, professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend this dealership!

We waited over 20 mins for an advisor to address us. Not a single person even looked our way.
They literally helped people behind us, and to the side of us. THEN went to the back and spent time talking together doing NOTHING, while we were still waiting to be helped.
This place treats its customers differently based on race and class and it shows.
I will never come back here and we've been patrons here for over 5 years.
Honda of Fort Worth treated us better.
Next time axknowlegde your customers, don't make them feel invisible
Great staff and great service! My employment didn't work out unfortunately but I would definitely recommend working there or purchasing from them! From someone in the business they have truly honest with staff there. And by far the most extremely efficient dealer I've ever seen!
Poor customers service. Never got help from anyone here. 2 weeks wasted. I went to Toyota of Grapevine, they helped me get in a new car the same day!
You have a car advertised on your website for $5600, but then when I called I was told you couldn't sell it to me! The salesman on the phone was rude! I don't need to be lectured becase I only have $5000 to spend on a car for my daughter.

Customer service was not all its cracked up to be. The customer care area did not do a very good job with their communications to repair a recall on our van. The phone operator told me one thing and upon arrival I was told a completely different story. Once the repairs were completed the maintenance they used some scare tactics to get additional repairs completed.buyer beware.

Purchased a car here 12/2016. Overall a solid experience. Traded in a truck and was able to negotiate a bit. Not much room to negotiate on my 2017 honda civic hatchback sport in manual though. Negative 1 star as the finance guy was a little pushy for my tastes. Watch out they will try to make you sign up for stuff you don't need!
Customer service very bad, they are not honest, they sent me price through email when I went I met Clark his name Forrest give me high price, he is not honest playing with words
The salesman and manager were great to work with. They stayed with us all day and night until all our needs were met. We are so happy with our new Honda Accord!

We absolutely LOVE our new 2018 Honda Accord Sport and can’t express enough how grateful we are for the staff. Everyone, especially Mike, went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and worked incredibly hard on getting us into our new car. We will 100% be back to get a new SUV soon!
