The buying experience as a whole was fantastic. The sales team are very professional. The atmosphere is impressive. The service department is friendly and helpful. The only issue I have is the condition of the NEW car I purchased. Almost flawless except for the surface scratches on the windows and the very poor tint application. I expect more meticulous care from a top tier trim package.

Did not have a great experience overall. I took my car in for a free oil change but something ended up being wrong with my threads on my oil pan so I had to pay $139 to get it repaired! Not the free experience I was expecting. But the staff was overall nice and the manager explained what happened throughout the process.

Very nice dealership for patrons seeking great deals with no fear of overcoats. Staff are genuine in finding a vehicle to fit your needs. Easy to find from street view. I suggest dealing with Theo or Casey if possible to help you find that special vehicle! Staff are forward about vehicles and available deals. I suggest visiting them as it's well worth it. Alex is great to deal with financing and finalizing your deal.

Received coupon for service, was able to call and get appointment same day. In and out in an hour. Great waiting area with in house sandwiches, smoothies and other refreshments. Service personnel (Daniel) was very courteous, quick to understand and highly competent. Very impressive operation @ Huggins Honda.

Had first and worse experience ever.
How could such an organization with this reputation neglect any customer. I wasted my money and my time.

07/25/2018 What GREAT SERVICE! Marcus Collins was my sales representative. I had messaged on a Sunday if this particular vehicle was available, not expecting an answer until Monday! Received one almost immediately. Went to see the car and he had it ready at the door for me to drive and answered all of my questions. All of the personnel I visited with were very friendly, professional and offered great service.
